16 The TEN Services That Generate Revenue Main Stream QUALITY Listings: These are our base businesses for sale that we represent and take as listings. Every NAABB broker has a goal to reach quality listings ASAP. These businesses have an annual cash flow / profit that can be proven via tax returns of between $100,000 $1,000,000. Mid Sized Businesses: These are the high end privately held businesses with management running operations. These businesses require a specific technique to reach the business owner (s). These businesses have an annual cash flow / profit that can be proven via tax returns of between $1,000,000 infinity.
