4 CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CMS) Key Features Integrated Editor The page editor (CK Editor) is accessible throughout the website. Browse your site similar to how you normally browse any web page. Page content can be edited on-the-fly for whichever web page you may currently be on. No need to jump into a back-end interface to add/remove/edit current content. Content of your web page is completely separate from the layout design. There is no need to worry about possibly causing problems with how your website looks. You have the ability to post content when you want it to appear. Write an article on Wednesday and have it appear on the site Friday afternoon. Help, forums, training tools and tutorials are built-in and easy to access. Access past versions of a page with version control and archiving. Search-Engine Friendly Support for SEO best practices META tags, site titles, site map, custom URLs, and scripts for allowing/blocking search indexing. A breadcrumb feature allows users to have a visual link tree representing the current page they are on in relation to higher-up directories. 11 Permissions The Global Cloud CMS permissions tool allows super-administrators to control and govern administrator user groups across the organization. Permissions are granular down to the page level, as well as the edit and publish capability. Permissions also allows for a private extranet for front-end user groups. 11!

12 Mobile Device Compatibility Global Cloud will build your website to display in optimized resolution for browsers on mobile devices, tablets, and desktops.! 12!

13 Form Creation The form builder tool in the Global Cloud CMS is an intuitive, easy-to-use application that enables administrators to create a wide array of front-end forms. All data is stored in the Administration portal and can be protected with permissions. 13!

14 Blog Creation & Management The blog tool is integrated directly into the Administrative Portal and can be controlled with Permissions. The tool includes all current blog features including categories, RSS feed, archives, social media, comments, tags, ratings, and many other features. 14!

15 Additional Global Cloud CMS Functionality iframe and Widgets Embed and integrate widgets directly into page content including and not limited to: YouTube Video iframe, Facebook Activity Feed, Flickr, Google Calendar, and more. Image galleries feature optional, built-in light Box viewing. Change Sets Change Sets provide a way to simultaneously publish multiple versions of site content all at the same date and time. Components Components are reusable blocks of content that can be created and placed on pages, and can be reused across your website. Custom Modules/Plugins Global Cloud can program and integrate custom modules/plugins for the Global Cloud CMS upon request and completion of its definition under a separate change order. Printer Friendly Pages This tool will allow any web page on the site to be formatted into letterhead for clean printing upon user request. A small printer icon will accompany each web page. Upon clicking the icon, a new window will open with the content from that page, properly formatted for printing. Page to Friend The Global Cloud Page to Friend utility offers site visitors an easy way to a page link to any recipient defined. An icon will appear on all web pages, and when clicked, the tool will collect the sender's address, the addresses of up to five recipients, and the ability to add a custom message. The body of the message will include the web page link and custom message. Site Keyword Search The website will have a site wide keyword search function so users can easily and quickly find the information they are looking for. Search results are displayed in order of % relevancy with links to the matching pages or files. 15!
