The Deputy Town Clerk advised that Cllr Anderson had agreed to all License Notifications to her in the future. Heaven Awaits - Renewal for a Sexual Entertainment Venue License was considered and a proposal was made to object on the grounds that it contravened FHDC s Sexual Establishment Policy conditions b g. A vote was taken with 3votes for, 3 votes against and 1 abstention. The Chairman used his casting vote to vote against the proposal and the Page 4 of 5
