Parents can call in referral Contact families by phone, mail to schedule intake Contact information critical (i.e. phone, apartment #) Comprehensive individualized Intake 2 Hour psychosocial evaluation with youth and their family Requirements (treatment plan) assigned Counseling, drug/alcohol classes/treatment, community service Counseling, case management done by PRYDE Diversion Specialists No charge for any of our direct services to the youth Referrals to outside agencies based on our choice of who best serves the youth and their families sliding scales and scholarships available Monitor and report case progress/status to referring agency
10 Eligibility: Criminal Referral Ages (may have turned 18 after offense) Younger if suitable upon exception First time offender Exceptions for tobacco, curfew and by request Crimes other than Traffic and not incarcerated Citations, Misdemeanors Will take municipal code violations if similar to criminal Non-violent felonies (i.e. caught with knife at school) Serve Contract Cities and Unincorporated Areas Committed crime within eligible area
