They interact with the machine and find out the actual position of related environment.gps is called as global positioning system. This paper proposes deals with the to find out such types of vehicle which is registered on the internet. Mechanism is done through the android mobile. Android phones are already enabled of tracking the location, wherever mobile will go that will track the person and by the help of phones, vehicle will be tracked out. Thus, owner of the vehicle from anywhere can find his vehicle. This project can be further enhanced by integrating a GPS system, which will give exact position of the vehicle in terms of its latitude and longitude. The Android mobile interfaced to the receiver and receives the message and finally they produce the output of which activates a mechanism that inform the vehicle status. The aim of this project is to use wireless technology to near the owner of the vehicle about any unauthorized entry. Introduction This paper highlights a superintendent to monitor their vehicles as well as human mobility cell phone[1]. All incoming and outgoing calls, texts and multimedia messages can be seen and interrupted by the superintendent, who can also monitor where their vehicles and human are (through GPS), access a history of where they've been and set up stored if their vehicles and human are going outside of geographical zones, are receiving texts from unapproved numbers or calls from banned persons. The aim of this project is to use wireless technology to intimate the superintendent of the vehicle about any unauthorized entry. This is done by sending status to another mobile using android smart phone. Comparative Study of GPS Positioning for Vehicles with Algorithms in Global and Local Position aims at determining the location of a vehicle using different methods like GPS and GSM systems operating through satellites and ground based station[2]. This project is an important tool for tracking registered Vehicles at any given period of time and is now becoming increasingly popular as a theft prevention and retrieval device. The application installed within the android smart phone and keep within vehicle sends an SMS containing the GPS coordinates to the user, using which he tracks the vehicle on Google Earth[3]. The superintendent receives the status that his vehicle is stolen. 171

2 He can then send back a call to the police to find his vehicle. The Android mobile interfaced to the receiver, receives the message, the output of which activates a mechanism that inform the vehicle status. Thus, owner of the vehicle from anywhere can find his vehicle. This project can be further enhanced by integrating a GPS system, which will give exact position of the vehicle in terms of its latitude and longitude. Fig1 : Mechanism of GPS That smart phone-enabled dead reckoning supports accurate but local coordinates of users trajectories, while GPS provides global but inconsistent coordinates. Considering them simultaneously, the project device techniques to refine the global positioning results by fitting the global positions to the structure of locally measured ones, so the refined positioning results are more likely to elicit the ground truth. The project develops a prototype system, named GloCal conduct comprehensive experiments in both crowded urban and spacious suburban areas. Our aim is to develop an efficient and improved geographical[5] asset tracking Solution and conserve valuable vehicles and mobile resources by dynamically adapting the tracking scheme by means of contextaware personalized route learning techniques. This application uses Android based mobile phones for the software to be run. The alerts are also stored in the centralized server like the details of incoming call, text and multimedia messages and the timely location update of their vehicles and human. Superintendent may later login into the centralized server and view the details of their human mobile usage. My propose system will work with algorithms for asset GPS positioning for vehicles. II. Motivation Study of GPS positioning for Vehicles with algorithms in global and local position is really very helpful for the superintendent to monitor their vehicles and human through mobile phones. The mobile will act as a both GPS receiver and GPRS transmitter which will use the GSM network to transmit the GPRS packets. On this phone itself we'll install our application which is supposed to perform all the operations of tracking. So by using this application, we can avoid the unnecessary things happened for the vehicles and human those who are having mobile phones by monitoring their mobile phone usage and also by tracking their current location through the GPS. The scope of our project is to monitor the vehicles and human each and every activities, current location and sending alert to their superintendent by using the android application. The ultimate goal of this project to find vehicle with help of android technology. III. Problem Statement A wide range of tracking systems has been developed so far tracking vehicles and displaying their position on a map, but none of the applications has been developed so far which tracks the mobility of a vehicles and human being. Now a day's tracking a vehicles and person's mobility has became a crucial issue these days be it tracking a 172

3 criminal came on payroll or a detective going to detect a case or any other utility[4]. The overall objective of this project is to develop an application which is cost effective and can be used for tracking a human being using a GPS and GPRS equipped mobile phone rather than using a handheld GPS receiver. The main focus of our project is to reduce the overall cost of tracking based on GPS system every part of the world across the boundaries. The GSM/GPRS is one of the best and cheapest modes of communication present these days and in future, which is a satellite based service which is available 24X7 everywhere in the whole world. GPS system can be used to get location which includes details like latitude, longitude and altitude values along with the timestamp details etc. it a free of cost service available to every individual. Major Problem in Mechanism The existing system was vehicle alarm techniques are used to prevent the vehicle theft with the help of different type of sensors like pressure, tilt and shock & door sensors. If superintendent vehicle has been stolen then he/she must be file FIR to the police station. Superintendent can monitor their vehicles and human call log and only outgoing call details are present in the bill. The details of their vehicles and human can be monitored by the help of Service Provider. So whenever change their number then it is difficult to monitor their details because of the change in Service Provider. IV. In Existing system not able to find the exact position of Vehicles and human. The Disadvantages are as following. Drawbacks are cost and cant used to find out the thief, it just prevents the vehicles from loss. Superintendent must give statement to the police and wait for action that will take from the police. Superintendent doesn t have knowledge about his vehicle until the police take action. In this application call log and SMS details can be deleted, so the content of the message cannot be monitored. The incoming call and SMS details are not available in bill. Proposed System The purpose of the project analysis is to produce the brief analysis task and also to establish complete information about the concept, behavior and other constraints such as performance measure[6] and system optimization. The goal of system analysis is to completely specify the technical details for the main concept in a concise and unambiguous manner. The problems solutions are as following. Real time monitoring of the vehicle will greatly enhance the possibility of detection, prevention and recovery process. For this project to be effective, the monitoring needs to be android mobile so that only the statuses are reported to the Superintendent of the vehicle. Receiver status that helps in monitor the vehicle in real time, any deviations, whether it is a 173

4 communication failure or detection of a theft condition, would be intimate to a predefined set of persons instantly and appropriate actions are taken. Comparative Study of GPS Positioning for Vehicles with Algorithms in Global and Local Position sent the every incoming/outgoing SMS and call; GPS location details are stored in a centralized server. In the tracking phase the mobile device's application developed in Android using the mobile phone GPS receiver fetches the GPS location, after calculating the exact location it further creates a GPRS packet which includes the along with the location details a unique identifier called International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) number and timestamp details. Even though human can delete the call log and SMS details manually this project helps Superintendent to monitor the incoming and outgoing call, text messages of their vehicles and human mobile phone. The advantages are as following. Owner will know current status of his vehicle information. Owner can monitor the vehicle location and reports are forward to the police. It might be helpful for find his vehicle. Messages content and log may be displayed by owner,even through the human changes their number. Our mechanism provides a low charge human tracking system[7] Algorithm as Proposal Little s Law Little s Law considers that average number of items in any queue is equal to the average rate at which an item arrives and average time an item spends in system. l = Average number of items in queue. w = Waiting time of an item in system. λ = Average number of items per time l = λw Fixed Interval Algorithm The fixed interval algorithm is derived from a GPS functionality that is commonly used. As the name indicates, the algorithm sends specific data to the database server after every fixed interval of time, i.e., it uses one variable to keep track of the time change in the mobile asset and relates it with frequency. Direction Algorithm The direction algorithm keeps track of the change in direction (i.e., angle) of the mobile asset so that a set of location data with similar angle will not be reported, i.e., it keeps track of the last sent point and the current point and the angle between the new points. Speed Algorithm The speed algorithm handles speed changes in the mobile asset, wherein any change in speed will result in change in frequency of the data sent to the database server. 174

5 ISSN: System Architecture According to the figure it is the clear that vehichal will traced by satellite. Mechanism will work one system to another system. Vehicle is traced by the server. All information regarding the vehicle will be stored on the server and android mobile will access these all information. Using GPS and without GPS positioning and level the result as following. Here the concept of tracking the vehicle is using the Tower. Actually the antenna will create the region and it shows the vehicle inside[8] the region. if the vehicle will found inside the region,the seperidient will got the message and the android mobile locator will find out the actual location or position of vehicle. V. Experimental Results In our project we need to track the position of vehicle by using GPS. In doing so we found that the Little s Law algorithms help in finding out the average waiting time of vehicle in queue[9]. We considered vehicle to reach our destination within stipulated time and studied the forecast. CONCLUSION: Our project is particularly designed for a low cost human tracking system using GPRS and GPS on GSM network. The arrangement of both the technologies i.e. GPS[10] and GPRS provides a constant, continuous and real time human tracking system, and the cost of the overall system 175

6 has been reduced by two facts one is using the existing mobile phone and another is using GPRS. It has been hoped that the use of the overall system can eliminate the requirement of first the traditional GPS receivers and second costly SMS based tracking systems. VII. Future Enhancement Comparative Study of GPS Positioning For Vehicles with Algorithms in Global and Local Position is Scope full technique. this mechanism is a lots of advantages and some of disadvantages. one of them is if mobile will be lost,they will not able to find out the actual position of vehicle. In the sense of finding actual values from the internet one apps or mechanism to fit inside the vehicle and that should be enabled through the internet with low prices. it also should be protected and only the owner of vehicle should know about the secret key and password. Because of if thief theft the vehicle they should not know about the actual position of the machine. In that cases theft will be find out using the GPS. VIII.
