Most agenda items are phrased for a positive action. However, the Strategic Planning Committee may take other actions such as hold, table, amend, etc. Consent Agenda items are routine and can be taken in one motion unless a Strategic Planning Committee member requests that an item be taken separately. Receive a report on recent market share data for service lines related to the strategic plan; and direct staff accordingly. (For possible action) 6. Discuss patient experience, to include ideas for improving the experience and measuring the data; and direct staff accordingly. (For possible action) 7. Receive and discuss the hospital s marketing plan; and direct staff accordingly. (For possible action) 8. Receive an update on the Las Vegas Medical District development; and direct staff accordingly. (For possible action) 9. Review and discuss 2015 goals for the Strategic Planning Committee; and direct staff accordingly. (For possible action) 10. Make recommendations for performance metrics to be included in the Chief Executive Officer s employment agreement, as it pertains to discretionary salary increases and bonuses, for approval by the Governing Board; and direct staff accordingly. (For possible action) 11. Identify emerging issues to be addressed by staff or by the Strategic Planning Committee at future meetings, and direct staff accordingly.
