3 LONDON OFFICE Global Finance Gibson Dunn s London finance team is seeking qualified associates with a good grounding in mainstream leverage finance to fill several roles. Ideally, candidates will also have experience with other types of lending e.g. investment grade, yankee loans and/or high yield; and/or restructuring transactions. The team welcomes candidates who have worked predominantly for borrowers or lenders (or both). We would expect that candidates with 0-2, and 3-5 years of postqualification experience in a leading law firm to have the requisite experience. The team comprises of four partners including Stephen Gillespie who was just named as a Leading Lawyer Finance, Acquisition Finance in the 2015 UK Legal 500 and is Co-Chair of the Firm s Global Finance Group, Tom Budd, and Greg Campbell and most recently, Philip Crump; together with a number of associates ranging from junior through to senior level. General Corporate, M&A, Private Equity Infrastructure/Projects Gibson Dunn s London corporate team is seeking qualified associates with good M&A and/or Private Equity experience. Ideally, candidates will also have experience in a broad range of corporate matters including ECM. We would expect that candidates with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in a leading law firm to have the requisite experience.
