1 DHA Radiation Protection Educational Program (RPEP): Basics of Radiation Protection in Hospitals (Radiology Practices) Basics of Radiation Safety (RS) in hospitals is mandatory to protect patients, staff and public RS is required for radiation workers working in radiation areas (Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, etc) Education and Training in the RS field are recommended by National and International Laws and Regulations to ensure the beneficial use of ionizing radiation.
