2 1. Explain briefly and clearly the proposed improvement. To change the course title from "Behavioral Approaches to Training and Education" to "Behavioral Approaches to College Education" 2. New title would better reflect course content and help distinguish the course from employee training courses in organizational psychology and lower education courses in school psychology. 3.
