1 LOUIS BERGER COMPANY AND BERGER FAMILY SUPPORT FOR EDUCATION Within the broader scope of the Louis Berger company and employee giving, education is one of our special focus areas and we are proud to continue founder Dr. Louis Berger s legacy of supporting personal and professional development through education. The Berger Family and the Louis Berger company support educational endeavors around the world, from Rutgers University and the New Jersey Institute of Technology in New Jersey to Kabul University, the American University of Afghanistan, the International Road Federation and others. Each fellow also completes a full time summer internship assisting Louis Berger project teams on infrastructure assignments around the world. Since 2010, 24 Bloustein graduate students have been awarded fellowships. As part of their internship experience, Louis Berger Fellows for 2015 participated as team members working in France, Panama, China, and Jamaica. The fellowships are funded annually by the company.
