3 THE COMPANY NETWORK STRUCTURE NAVAL INTERIOR is based on our desire to invest in a contract sector the experience we had built up over ten years of work with the TECNOTENA ship outfitting firm, and for the CNT and TECNOFITTING firms, after some 20 years of fitting out ships on behalf of third parties. This enabled us to optimise our turnkey formula for managing multidisciplinary projects, in which NAVAL INTERIOR srl acts as the contract supplier for marine outfitting orders. The company employs a wide range of specialised and highlyqualified outfitters, each specialising either in production or in fitting, and each with their own premises in various Italian shipyards. There is perfect synergy over each phase of the process, from design to materials purchasing, from production to assembly until they are finally fitted in place on board ship; the whole process is closely monitored using logistical coordination until the entire project has been successfully delivered!

4 T H E CO MPA N Y N E T WO R K ST R UC T UR E TECNOTENA currently employs 40 staff, with an annual prefabricated fittings production capacity of 82,000 hours, with a covered production area of 5000 sqm on a company-owned plot of 13,700 sqm. The company s expertise in manufacturing techniques and processes, the human resources it has invested in research and the technology it has acquired and developed in collaboration with the other experienced shipbuilding companies in the Group operating in the shipyards of Marghera and Monfalcone each of which brings its knowledge of strategies contributing to perfect symbiosis between production and assembly to the production process - make it a leader in the sector. Thanks to Tecnotena S.r.l., the company s infrastructures have been completely modernized and its plants greatly expanded, and it is now in a position to meet any requirements of the industry, guaranteeing competitiveness, high quality and excellent service. 5 THE COMPANY NETWORK STRUCTURE CNT ARREDI currently employs 56 staff, with an annual production capacity of 134,000 hours of onboard fitting; the company is headed up by Piero Catania,based in Mestre. The company s operational headquarters are at the FC Marghera shipyard, Via delle Industrie Porto Marghera (VE) Tel / Fax / TECNOFITTING currently employs 101 staff, with an annual production capacity of 242,000 hours; the company is headed up by Ignazio Catania, based in Monfalcone.
