3 MISSION Our mission is to provide high quality services, in private accomodations, in a caring environment where our residents can live a safe, dignified and engaged life. Our professionally trained staff provides compassionate and discrete assistance based on where our residents are in life. The friendly atmosphere and exceptional service makes it easy to adapt, meet new friends, and call the OASIS line of affordable assisted living communities...home.
4 THE OASIS Each Oasis community is a full-service Assisted Living Facility (ALF) that will operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, serving 3 meals per day. The service staff assists residents with the activities of daily living (meal preparation, ambulating, toileting, grooming, bathing, transferring, etc.) along with medication management. Oasis is designed and operated to allow income qualified seniors to choose assisted living services that otherwise they could not afford. Depending on their income, our residents will pay significantly less than what the private-pay assisted living industry charges. All units will be available for private occupancy (spouses accepted). Each unit will be one bedroom with private fully-handicapped accessible bathrooms, kitchens, individually controlled heating and air-conditioning and call systems. Each building is equipped with a commercial kitchen to offer meals in a dining area for our residents. Additional non-residential space is dedicated for functional uses such as staff and management offices, resident care room, personal care room, laundry room and internal/external activity areas. Each facility will include a state-of-the-art electronic health records system and a community-wide safety system. Eligible individuals will be able to take advantage of our unique pricing that includes an all-inclusive fee. Services will be reimbursed by government programs including the Veterans Administration and Medicaid.

Senior Housing Expertise For over 14 years, Integral has developed, managed and currently owns numerous affordable senior living projects know as the Verandas. Integral has extensive experience in developing and managing projects that have been funded with local, state and federal programs, including Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credits, HUD HOPE VI funds, FHA 221(d)4 loans, HOME funds, and FHLB Affordable Housing Program funds. The interior of the Verandas are designed to combine current urban trends with the architectural details from our past. Cool color tones combined with straight-lined furniture create a clean, elegant palette. All Verandas exemplify metropolitan senior living at its best, featuring dramatic colors contrasted with clean accents and chic furniture. The spacious apartments consider the needs of the residents and feature ranges with front panel controls, bathrooms with adjustable showerheads and support bars, closets with lowered shelves and emergency call systems. Amenities include large clubrooms, comfortable gathering areas, billiard rooms, computer centers, wellness centers, and a pavilion complete with grills. The Verandas use resource efficient designs and building materials recycling to lower the environmental impact of construction and to reduce the resource consumption by residents. The Verandas are EarthCraft Multi-family certified and meet all ENERGY STAR standards.
