By completing the course, students are able to learn at least 00 kanji & 800 words, which satisfy the criteria of taking the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) level 4. The course also enables students to understand and acquire the specific Japanese terms and language patterns that fit into the hotel industry. Hospitality Japanese II II Credits / 9 hours) This module is designed for students who completed JLPT4 training. It is a continuation of Communication Skills I with extensive practice for conversation, reading, and writing for advancement to the intermediate level of Japanese. More terms of hospitality Japanese will be provided in this year. By completing the course, participants are able to learn at least 300 kanji &,500 words, which satisfy the criteria of taking the JLPT level 3. Room Division Management Credits / hours) Overview of Room Division and Front Office Environment. Product, Guest Cycle, Skills in Reservation Handling, Complaints Management. Unit operation details with focus in Concierge, Night Audit, and Housekeeping. Check-in, Check-out, Express Check-in and Modern Management System. The course is divided into two parts: Microeconomic: Analysis of firms and individual behaviors, and the operation of markets. Macroeconomic: The behavior of economy-wide measures such as output, unemployment, money, interest rates, inflation and exchange rates and discussion on government intervention through regulatory and monetary polices.
