10 PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION The project timeline reduced significantly due to capital re-structuring exercise Deferred implementations of non critical applications assessed easily from the plan Recruitment of Desktop Support team was protracted Delays in Clinical equipment installation protracted the IT implementation project Project implemented sufficiently for opening despite reduced timeline Application Configuration completed following opening but with minimal impact to the business Project on track to be fully delivered within budget Teething issues have continued but are reducing significantly with on site Desktop Support
