2 ALLERTONSHIRE SCHOOL STRATEGIC PLAN Goal 1 Teaching and Learning - To be a school where teaching and learning is of the highest quality Targets Strategic Lead 1.1 Ensure the effective development of literacy across all subjects. GCA 1.2 Develop effective feedback to ensure student progress. RKM/NBR 1.3 Develop inter-dependent and collaborative learning. IST/SBE 1.4 Ensure learner progress is underpinned by appropriate challenge and support.
