1 Diploma in Human Resource (Intermediate Diploma) This program prepares graduates to work in different fields of human resources, in both the public and private sectors. The Human Resources Diploma program was approved by the Ministry of Civil Services, under decree no. 692/904, dated 12/6/1427 AH. Terms of admission The Applicant must have a secondary school certificate or the equivalent. The applicant must be medically fit. Payment of tuition of SR 4,000/semester, and a registration fee of SR 100. Required documents Secondary school certificate or the equivalent. Identification card. Tuition payment receipt from the Bank of Riyadh in the student s name. Academic system The duration of this program is two years (four semesters, 64 credit hours). 3 Course Description Level Course Description 1 2 English (1) Language and Communication Skills (Arabic) Computer and Information Technology Mathematics English (2) Business Administration Economy Accounting (1) This course teaches students the four basic skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing). At the end of the course, students are able to speak, write, and recognize grammar. The topics are selected from real life situations. This course includes the study of the following subjects: hamza, punctuation marks, numbers, introduction to communication, the communication process, communication elements, communication models, communication forms and arts, and practical training of communication. This course discusses the different parts of the computer, their functions, and different types of public and private programming. The course also covers types of networks, internet technology, levels of programming languages professional ethics and information privacy and useful tips for users. The course discusses the principles of mathematical logic, negating reports, linking tools, equivalent reports, proof methods, sets, methods of set assignment, force sets, set algebra, comprehensive sets, shapes, numeric sets, organized sets, Cartesian multiplication for sets, dual relations, dual relations on sets, equivalence types, applications, application processes, reflected images, trigonometric functions, matrices and their operations, invertible matrices, determinants, Cramer s rule, compound numbers, De Moivre s theory, introduction to statistics, types of statistical variables, and types of statistical data. This is an integrated course which provides students with extended, organized, and integrated practice in the basic skills necessary for successful communication in both written and oral forms. This course introduces students to administrative skills and principles in business in for-profit organizations, and the managerial practices that contribute to the success of corporations and institutions. This course introduces students to the general principles and fundamentals of economics, including market supply, demand, balance, and flexibility. The course further provides students with the necessary skills to carry out the required analysis from an economic perspective. This course aims to introduce students to the concept of accounting and its relation to other sciences. Students are introduced to the basic accounting principles and concepts, the

This course also tackles the issues and problems that face human resources personnel and how to best address them. This course aims to highlight the importance of planning in human resources, identify the basic steps of the planning process and the different methods to determine supply, demand, and forecast in the field of human resources. This course focuses on the concept of administrative organization and its principles, preparing and designing administrative forms, identifying procedures, work distribution, and designing models. This course aims to evaluate job performance, and identify standards, ways, and phases of job performance evaluation. It also includes the most important challenges in the process of measuring job performance. This course aims to introduce students to the concept of organizational behavior and identify the basics of behavior (perception, personality, motivation, work pressure, and others). This course aims to highlight the important role of computers in administrative work, focusing on technological applications and fields of applying computers in human resource management. This course focuses on identifying, analyzing, and classifying functions, recognizing the measures of work performance and building the professional structure. The course focuses on identifying the basic factors in designing payroll and incentive systems. The course also discusses the financial challenges facing businesses organizations.

It also discusses the foundations of total quality systems on HR management. This course aims to integrate theory with practice so that students study cases in the field of human resource management, whether in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or elsewhere.
