This continuous sterilizer is specially designed for medium to large productions and can run different sizes and different materials within the same machine.

This continuous sterilizer is specially designed for medium to large productions and can run different sizes and shapes of packaging within the same machine.

12 The most flexible continuous retort DESIGNed FOR your NEEDs FOOD HYDrolock continuous retort provides a High Temperature/Short Time sterilization, with a perfect control of the heat penetration, thanks to the homogeneous and smooth agitation. HYDrolock sterilizers are recommended for vegetables, ready meals in sauce, soups, rice in all kinds of packaging. The HYDrolock process provides an outstanding and repeatable quality with the best organoleptic qualities. A static process is also achievable with a STERIFLEX sterilizer.
