2 eclinic Pharmacy Overview eclinic Pharmacy provides pharmacies with an easy-to-use platform for sending automated SMS reminders to customers when refills are due on repeat scripts. Designed with simplicity in mind, eclinic Pharmacy is a cost effective and efficient way to increase medication compliance and improve customer loyalty. eclinic Pharmacy can also be used to send owing and last repeat script requests to GPs and specialists via fax and /web combination. eclinic Pharmacy interacts with major dispensing systems to extract up-to-the-minute repeat data for patients subscribed to the SMS Repeat Reminder service. Pharmacy Dispensing System (MINFOS, FRED.DISPENSE & LOTS) eclinic pharmacy Subscribe patients and flag drugs from patients current medication list to use for repeat reminders Extract drugs with repeats due within next 24 hours Send SMS Repeat Reminders SMS Gateway Script Reminders sent securely via internet to SMS gateway Customers receive SMS Repeat Reminders

4 How Does eclinic Pharmacy Work? eclinic Pharmacy is easy to configure and use eclinic Pharmacy puts the pharmacist in the driver s seat, providing flexibility to: Set up patients for repeat reminders while dispensing Select drugs form the patients current medication to use for reminders Set the repeat cycle frequency for each drug Personalise message content and format Extract repeats due within defined date range Automatically send messages and receive responses form patients Send SMS Repeat Reminders automatically or manually eclinic Pharmacy also gives you options to send messages either: Automatically at scheduled times, eg daily or weekly for all subscribed patients and drugs Manually at any time either immediately or at a future scheduled time A log of each message is also kept against the patient so that you have a full history of every message sent to every patient.

5 Message Creation eclinic Pharmacy allows SMS Reminders to be personalised via the Template Builder Message Types Include: Welcome Message sent immediately after patient is enrolled Mid Repeat Message sent when one or more repeats remain on script Last Repeat Message sent when no repeats remain on script prompting the patient to see their doctor Merged Message sent when more than one message is due to be sent to the patient Dispense Confirmation Message sent when a reply has been marked as dispensed notifying the patient that their meds are ready to be picked up. eclinic Pharmacy extracts the relevant data from the dispensing system database to personalise the SMS Reminder with patient name, drug and repeat data Mid Repeat Message Template

6 Message Handling eclinic Pharmacy provides the means for the pharmacist to view all Queued, Sent and Received SMS messages Queued This screen displays all messages that are due to be sent in the next scheduled run. If required, these messages can be deleted or sent prior to the next scheduled run Sent Shows all messages that have previously been sent Inbox Displays all SMS Replies received from patients Actioned Messages can be marked as Dispensed. This will send a notification SMS to the patient to let them know that the medication has been dispensed and is ready to be picked up. Queued Message Detail Queued Messages Screen

7 eclinic Pharmacy Reporting eclinic Pharmacy provides extensive reporting on the dispense activity for SMS Patients Data includes: No SMS sent by month No Patients enrolled by month Average dispenses for SMS and Non SMS patients by month Repeats dispensed for SMS and Non SMS patients Total dispenses for SMS and non SMS Patients by month Before and after SMS comparisons Detailed dispense data for individual patients by drug Data can be exported to CSV File Queued Message Detail Data can also be filtered to remove short course medication dispenses and facility patients

8 eclinic Pharmacy Script Requests eclinic Pharmacy can also be used to extract and send Owing and Last Repeat script requests to GPs and Specialists Features include: Simple extraction and review of owing and last repeat script requests En masse transmission of script requests to GPs via fax gateway, or via web Script requests can also be converted into pre-formatted scripts when received via the web Confirmation of fax delivery and web download and transmission logging Identification of deferred scripts Easy re-direct to different GPs Reconciliation with dispense system Extensive reporting Script Request Screen

9 eclinic Pharmacy Pricing Item Monthly License Fee Fee $150 per month including 250 SMS messages SMS Fax 25 cents beyond the first 250 messages per month 20 cents per page Script Request Patient Fee Installation and Training Fee $100 All prices exclude GST 30 cents per patient per month with the first 500 patients included in the monthly fee eclinic Pharmacy Support Installation of eclinic Pharmacy Software and ongoing maintenance support is provided remotely using remote access software tools. eclinic Pharmacy Software will be updated remotely as well as new versions of the software become available. Site visits are not required. eclinic Pty Ltd provides a 1300 National Extended Hour Helpdesk Service for Pharmacists requiring assistance with their eclinic Pharmacy Software.
