Procenjuje se da u svetu svakog dana u saobracajnim nesrecama pogine I 308 ljudi. Do saobracajnih nesreca dovode faktori puta. vozila i Ijudski faktor, koji se sam iii udruzen sa drugim faktorima javlja u preko 90% nesreca. U periodu godina u Vojvodini su se zadrzali izrazito nepovoljne tendencije povredivanja i umiranja u saobracajnim nesrecama. Ucesce nastradalih biciklista, kao a ucesce putnika i pesaka rnedu nastradalima je znatno vece nego u razvijenim zernljama. Najugozenija uzrasna grupa je godina medu nastradalirna, dok su medu poginulima gotovo podjednako ugrozene sve osobe starije od 199odina. Muskarci su znatno ugrozeniji od zena. Najvise nesreca se dogada u ranim jesenjim mesecima, petkom i subotorn, u ranim vecernjim satima. Najvise lica nastrada u naselju. u opstinama duz puta Subotica-Beograd. Autonomna Pokrajina Vojvodina ima najvisu stopu poginulih u saobracajnim nesrecarna na vozila u Evropi - 6,91. Efektivne preventivne mere su neophodne kako bi doslo do opadanja ovih nepovoljnih tendencija. Od priblizno 54 miliona ljudi koji godisnje umru u svetu, broj poginulih u saobracajnim nesrecama iznosi 1,17 miliona (2,17%), sto cini trecinu smrtno nastradalih osoba 1I svim oblicima povreda 1I svetu i dvostuko je veci od zrtava rata, a gotovo dvostruko je veci od svih zrtava ubistava i nasilja. Medu vodecirn uzrocnicirna smrtnosti, saobracajne nesrece se nalaze na osmom rnestu 1I grupi razvijenih zemalja i na desetom mestu 1I grupi zemalja 1I razvoju [2], s tim sto je apsolutni broj poginulih sedam puta veci 1I grupi zemalja 1I razvoju. Ako se uporede geografsko-ekonomski regioni, u skladu sa podelom koju daje Svetska zdravstvena organizacija, moze se videti da je najvise poginulih 1I Indij i ( ), sledi Kina ( ), gde je broj nastradalih u poslednjoj deceniji povecan za priblizno 30% [2], pa Afrika ( ) [1]. U Evropi godisnje u saobracajnim nesrecama pogine oko ] ljudi, a teze iii lakse biva povredeno oko 2,5 miliona [3]. Trecina smrtno nastradalih u saobracajnirn nesrecama odnosi se na osobe rnlade od 25 godina, od kojih 89% cine mladici starosti ] 5-24 godine [4]. Svake godine oko dece i mladih ispod 19 godina pogine 1I saobracajnim nesrecama, dok ih oko biva lakse iii teze povredeno. Osim ljudskih gubitaka, kao najteze posledice saobracajnih nesreca, za nacionalne ekonomije nesumnjivo je znacajan i materijalni gubitak. Ukupni materijalni troskovi, kao posledica saobracajnih nesreca u Evropskoj unij i iznose 1I proseku ] 58 miliiardi evra godisnje, i krecu se oko 2,5-3% bruto nacionalnog dohotka 1I ] 7 zemalja clanica [3]. Samo 1I SAD, procenjuje se da troskovi lecenja i rehabilitacije osoba sa traumatskim povredama kicme iznose 9,7 milijardi dolara godisnje, a lecenje i rehabilitacija osoba sa traurnatskim povredama glave iznose 56,3 milijarde dolara godisnje [5]. Organizovano i sistematizovano pracenje kretanja saobracajnog traumatizma u AP Vojvodini ne postoji. Ne postoje zakonski propisi koji bi regulisali obavezno prijavljivanje posledica saobracajnih nesreca, kao ni institucije koje se organizovano bave prikupljanjem, obradorn, analizom i cuvanjern podataka 1I vezi sa saobracajnim traumatizmorn, kao ni institucije koje bi sprovodile prevenciju saobracajnog traumatizrna, kao sto je to slucaj 1I visokorazvijenim zemljama sveta (SAD, zemlje Evropske unije). Do ] 992. godine Pokrajinski sekretarijat za unutrasnje poslove prikupljao je podatke 0 saobracajnorn traumatizmu od znacaja za ovu instituciju, da bi njegovim ukidanjern ovaj posao preuzelo odeljenje Ministarstva unutrasnjih poslova 1I Novom Sadu, sve do godine, kada i definitivno prestaje prikupljanje bilo kakvih podataka 0 saobracajnorn traumatizmu u AP Vojvodini. Oeo ovih podataka danas se prikuplja 1I Ministarstvu unutrasnjih poslova u Beogradu. Iz trijasa covck-vozilo-put jasno proizilazi da svaka od ovih komponenti moze da bude faktor koji dovodi do pojave saobracajnog traumatizma. Prema podacima Treata i saradnika [6], ljudski faktor je jedini uzrok nesrece 1I 57% slucajeva saobracajnog traurnatizma, a zajedno sa drugim faktorima je prisutan u preko 90% saobracajnih nesreca. Sa druge strane, prema istom izvoru, mehanicki faktor (vozilo) bio je jedini uzrok saobracajnog traumatizma u 2,4%, a faktor okoline (put) bio je izolovan uzrocnik u 4,7% saobracajnih nesreca. Materijal i metode Cilj rada je da se sagledaju epidernioloske karakteristike drumskog saobracajnog traumatizma u AP Vojvodini, kao pretpostavka donosenja preventivnih programa u okviru javnog zdravlja. Za istrazivanje su koristeni podaei Ministarstva uutrasnjih poslova - Odeljenje u Novom Sadu. Deskriptivnim epidemioloskim metodom izvrsena je demografska, hronoloska i topografska analiza nastradalih u saobracajnim nesrecama u periodu godine, kao i analiza etioloskih faktora u nastanku saobracajnih nesreca na putevima u AP Vojvodini. Saobracajne nesrece su podeljene na one sa sarno rnaterijalnom stetom i one sa nastradalim lieima. Nastradala liea su svrstana u tri kategorije: poginuli, tesko povredeni i lakse povredeni. Kvalifikaciju povreda je izvrsilo Ministarstvo unutrasnjih poslova. Rezultati U desetogodisnjem periodu godine na putevima u AP Vojvodini registrovano je ukupno saobracajnih nesreca sa nastradalim lieima. Podaei 0 saobracajnim nesrecama sarno sa materijalnom stetom dostupni su godine. U ovom sestogodisnjem periodu registrovano je ukupno saobracajnih nesreca, od cega sarno sa materijalnorn stetorn (73,30%) i sa nastradalim lieima (26,70%). Godisnji prosek saobracajnih nesreca sa iskljucivo materijalnom stetorn za period godine iznosio je ,5. Najmanje ovih nesreca registrovano je godine (11 614), a najvise godine (18 029). U odnosu na tendenciju kretanja saobracajnih nesreca sa iskljucivo materijalnom stetom, uocena je tendencija opadanja za period godine (y = ,4-552,26 x r = - 0,48, p> 0,05). U istom vremenskom periodu broj saobracajnih nesreca sa nastradalim lieima imao je tendeneiju porasta (y = 3501,9 + 63,57 r = 0,29 P > 0,05). Godisnji prosek saobracajnih nesreca sa nastradalim lieima iznosio je 3 851,6. Najmanji broj ovakvih nesreca registrovan je i godine (3 026), a najveci godine. Broj saobracajnih nesreca sa nastradalirn licima u godini veci je za 1,12% u odnosu na broj istih nesreca u godini. Uzirnajuci u obzir odnos broja saobracajnih nesreca sa nastradalim lieima i celokupnu vojvodansku populaciju, uocava se porast ove stope 1I toku desetogodisnjeg perioda (y = 173,89 + 3, 16x, r = 0,29 P > 0,05). Najnize vrednosti ovog parametra za- belezene su i godine (150.25), a najvise (233,92).. U periodu godine u saobracajnim nesrecama na putevima AP Vojvodine povredeno je liea. Najmanj i broj povredenih zabelezen je godine (4 026), a najveci godine (6059). Ineideneija saobracajnog traumatizma kretala se od 199,91/ I godini, do 300,88/ stanovnika 1I godini, a linearni trend pokazuje tendeneiju porasta. U periodu godine 1I saobracajnim nesrecarna u AP Vojvodini poginulo je lice. Najmanji broj poginulih konstatovan je godine (285), a najveci godine (459). Mortalitet saobracajnog traumatizma kretao se od 13,15/ I godini do 22,79/ stanovnika 1I godini. Naizmenican pad i porast mortaliteta, poput broja poginulih, ne odgovara modelu linearnog trenda. Najveci broj poginulih na povredenih registrovan je godine (76,38/1 000), a najmanji godine (53,00/1 000). Linearni trend ima tendenciju opadanja, ali razlika nije statisticki signifikantna (y = 70,13-0,67x). Broj poginulih na vozila se kretao od 4,35/ u godini do 6,91/ I godini. U AP Vojvodini je 1I periodu godine nastradalo ukupno liea. Od toga jc iii 6,65% lica poginulo, a iii 93,35% povredeno. Medu povredenima bilo je iii 33,29% liea tesko, a iii 66,71% liea lakse povredeno. Podaei 0 demografskim karakteristikama nastradalih liea u saobracajnim nesrecama 1I AP Vojvodini dostupni svega za tri godine , i godina. Najveci deo nastradalih (52,5%) cine vozaci svih kategorija vozila, sledeci po ucestalosti su putnici (31,3%), dok pesaci cine 16,2% ukupno nastradalih. U posmatranom periodu broj nastradalih vozaca ima povoljnu, opadajucu, tendenciju. Oominantna grupa su vozaci putnickih autornobila (49,72%), na drugom mestu su vozaci bicikla (25,66%), a na trecem mestu vozaci bicikla sa motorom (11,40%). Sve ostale grupe se javljaju u znatno manjem procentu. Broj nastradalih pesaka je iznosio 1I proseku 853 godisnje. U posmatranom periodu, broj nastradalih pesaka belezio je promenlj ive vrednosti, te se 1I celini ne moze govoriti 0 tendenciji porasta, madaje u poslednjoj godini posmatranja zabelezen blagi porast. Godisnji prosek nastradalih putnika iznosio je 1577,66. Medu ostalim ucesnicirna zabelezen je mali broj nastradalih. Prosecna godisnja ineideneija po uzrasnirn grupama izrazena na stanovnika ima tendenciju porasta od najmladeg uzrasta (0-4 godine 72,95/ ), dostize rnaksimurn u uzrastu godina (448,55/ ) i postepeno opada iduci ka starij im uzrasnim grupama (162.34/ kod starijih od 60 godina). 3 Med Pregl 2009; LXII (1-2): Novi Sad: januar-februar, 19 po uzrasnim gruparna, izrazen na stanovnika, ima tendenciju postepenog porasta iduci od najmladih(4,6/ u uzrastu 0-4 godine) ka najstarijima, da bi u uzrastu godina zabelezio maksimalne vrednosti (25.60/ ). Visoke vrednosti se zadrzavaju i u starijim uzrasnim grupama (24,98/ kod starijih od 60 godina). Sluzbeni podaci 0 nastradalima u saobracajnim nesrecarna u odnosu na polnu pripadnost postoje godine. U toku tog perioda, odnos broja nastradalih muskaraca i zena je 2,43: 1. Prosecna godisnja incidencija iznosila je 31,4/ kod muskaraca i 8,57/ kod zena, Incidencija saobracajnog traumatizma je, dakle, 3,7 puta veca kod muskaraca nego kod zena. Najizrazenija razlika u polnoj pripadnosti nastradalih prisutna je kod vozaca i iznosi 5,16: I i ima tendenciju opadanja. U kategoriji pesaka i putnika razlike su manje izrazene i razlike nisu pokazivale bitnije promene u posmatranom periodu. U odnosu na broj poginulih u saobracajnim nesrecama, muskarci su 3,48 puta ugrozenij i od zena. Mortalitet saobracajnog traumatizma u proseku je iznosio 3 I,4/ muskaraca i 8,57/ zena. U odnosu na mesec kada se dogodila saobracajna nesreca, najmanji broj nastradalih zabelezen je u februaru (2 236). Od februara broj nastradalih postepeno raste, da bi u oktobru dostigao svoj maksimum (2 966). Od novembra se indeks smanjuje do februara, cime se ciklus zavrsava. U odnosu na dan u nedelj i zapazen je razlicit intenzitet javljanja po danima u nedelji. Prema ovim podacima, petak i subota su dani najveceg rizika povredivanja i u strukturi ucestvuju sa 16,2 i 16%. Nedelja je dan sa najmanje nastradalih - 12,9%. I dvadesetcetvorocasovni ritam saobracajnih nesreca pokazuje odredene specificnosti. Broj nastradalih najnizi je izmedu 4 i 5 casova. Nakon toga postepeno raste i maksimalne vrednosti dostize izmedu 17 i 18 casova, sa blagim opadanjem od 14 do 16 sati. Nakon 18 casova lagano opada, ali se i dalje drzi u visokim vrednostima do 20 casova. kada pocinje naglo da opada sve do 4 casa, U periodu godine prosecno je dnevno nastradalo 14 osoba (14,5), od kojih je 13 povredeno (13,5) - 9 lakse, a 4 (4,5) teze - dok je u proseku svakog dana jedna (0,96) osoba poginula. Najveci deo nastradalih (77,93%) zadobio je povrede u saobracajnim nesrecarna koje su se desile u naseljenom mestu, a manje od jedne cetvrtine je nastradalo van naseljenog mesta. Najvisa incidencija nastradalih zabelezena je u opstini Mali Idos, slede opstine Subotica i Sombor. Najniza incidencija zabelezena je II opstinama Secanj, Novi Becej i Ada. Diskusija Osnovne epidernioloske karakteristike saobracajnog traumatizma u AP V ojvodini u posmatranom periodu manifestuju se oscilacijama II broju saobracajnih nesreca i lica nastradalih II njima, velikirn brojem pcginulih, visokorn stopom poginulih na 1000 nastradalih i poginulih na vozila. Ovakve odlike saobracajnog traumatizma zasnovane Sll na ekspanziji broja registrovanih motornih vozila, prvenstveno putnickih vozila, uprkos nepovoljnoj ekonomskoj situacij i u drustvu, sto je bilo praceno i vise nego oskudnom revitalizacijom i rnodernizacijom postojece putne mreze. Broj saobracajnih nesreca sa iskljucivo materijalnom stetom imao je tendenciju porasta do godine, od kada dolazi do pada, sve do godine, kada ovaj broj ponovo raste, ali II 200 I. godini ne dostize vrednosti iz godine, a znatno je nizi od godine, kada je zabelezio maksimalnu vrednost. Za razliku od saobracajnih nesreca sa iskljucivo materijalnom stetom, maksimalan broj nesreca sa nastradalim licima zabelezen je u 200 I. godini. lako je broj ovih nesreca za svega 1,12% veci II odnosu na pocetak posmatranog perioda, on je za 27,50% veci II odnosu na godinu, a za cak 39,06% veci u odnosu na godinu. Gotovo identicne karakteristike tendencije i ukupnog porasta postoje i kod incidencije saobracajnog traumatizma izrazenog na stanovnika Vojvodine. Broj povredenih u posmatranom periodu neznatno je porastao - za 0,58%, pri cernu je samo bio veci od prve posmatrane godine. Broj poginulih je II istom periodu opao za 9,59%. Medutim, 1I godini broj poginulih II saobracajnirn nesrecarna u AP Vojvodini belezi porast od 56,60% II odnosu na prethodnu godinu. Sa druge strane, mortalitet od saobracajnog traumatizrna u Vojvodini je i dalje visestruko veci nego u vecini razvijenih zemalja. Primera radi, u Australiji mortalitet iznosi 8,9/ , dok je u AP Vojvodini 1I godini iznosio 20,60/ [11]. Smanjenje broja poginul ih u Vojvodini u godini u odnosu na godinu iznosi svega 8,39%, a u odnosu na godinu 15,13%, dok je u odnosu na godinu smanjen za 21,30%, sto je znacajno manje od smanjenja broja poginulih 1I razvijenim zemljama, koje se krece 25-75% [12-14]. Najupecatljiviji podatak je 1I vezi sa pokazate Ijem broja poginulih na vozila. Sa 6,91 poginulim na vozila, AP Vojvodina se nalazi na prvom mestu medu zemljama za koje postoje raspolozivi podaci. Ovaj broj je za priblizno sest puta veci nego u Velikoj Britaniji i Svedskoj. U odnosu na demografske karakteristike nastradalih u saobracajnim nesrecama, dominantnu grupu ucesnika cine vozaci, kako medu povredenima, tako i medu poginulirna. Vozaci cine preko polovine svih nastradalih lica u saobracajnirn nesrecama 1I AP Vojvodini (52,5%). Drugi po ucestalosti su putnici, sa nesto manje od trecine u ukupnorn broju nastradalih (30,6%), dok pesaci ucestvuju sa 16,8%. U svakom slucaju, pesaci ucestvuju u ukupnom broju nastradalih sa nesto nizim procentom nego u Srbiji i Crnoj Gori (21,21 %), u odnosu na vozace koj i u Srbiji i Crnoj Gori ucestvuju sa manjim udelom nego u AP Vojvodini (46,05%), [15]. Izgleda da je karakteristika razvijenih zemalja da vozaci znacajno ucestvuju u ukupnom broju nastradalih, u odnosu pesake - u Evropskoj uniji je taj odnos 60% : 16%, pa je, barem po ovom parametru, AP Vojvodina bliza Evropskoj uniji u odnosu na Srbiju i Crnu Goru. Medutim, zabrinjava visoko ucesce putnika u ukupnom broju nastradalih, koje je u AP Vojvodini za skoro 10% vise nego u Evropskoj uniji (30,6% : 22%). avo svakako treba povezati sa potpunim nedostatkom navike putnika da upotrebljavaju sigurnosne pojaseve, ali i neopremljenosti vozila na nasim putevima merama zastite za putnike (vazdusni jastuci, nepostojanje zastitnih pojaseva na zadnjim sedistima), Medu nastradalim vozacima gotovo polovina su vozaci putnickih automobila (49,72%). Vodece mesto ove kategorije vozaca i u svim zemljama u svetu ukazuje da, uprkos napretku tehnike i tehnologije i sve intenzivnijeg razvoja auto-industrije, kao i sve savrsenijim merama zastite primenjenim pri konstrukciji automobila, Ijudski faktor ostaje presudan za bezbednost vozaca. Ako se uzme u obzir da je stanje saobracajnica u razvijenim zemljama na visokom nivou,uz primenu najrazlicitijih resenja kako putne mreze, tako i raskrsnica, pruznih prelaza i signalizacije, cinjenica je da primena preventivnih mera na ova dva faktora (vozilo i put) ne mogu ni priblizno da dovedu do zeljenog smanjenja saobracajnog traumatizma, kako to moze ljudski faktor. Los kvalitet vozila i puta najcesce deluju kao kofaktori Ijudskom faktoru i retko se javljaju kao izolovan uzrocnik saobracajnog traumatizma. Posebno zabrinjava visoko drugo mesto biciklista medu nastradalim licima u AP Vojvodini. Znacajne preventivne mere, koje su sprovele poslednjih decenija u razvijenim zemljama institucije zaduzene za promociju zdravlja, dale su i znacajne rezultate, tako da se biciklisti u ovim zemljama nalaze tek na cetvrtom mestu u ukupnom broju nastradalih lica. Kod nas nema podataka da su bilo kakve preventivne mere po ovom pitanju sprovodene, sto je svakako uticalo da biciklisti ostanu na drugom me stu u ukupnom broju nastradalih vozaca i to sa visokih 25,66%. Nedovoljan broj biciklistickih staza u gradovima, gotovo potpuni nedostatak rnedurnesnih biciklistickih staza, lociranje magistralnih i regionalnih puteva u naseljima (umesto da je ovaj problem resen obilaznicama) i gotovo potpuno odsustvo primene zastitnih kaciga za bicikliste, sigurno su osnovni uzrok ovog problema. Stvaranje dobrih navika u pogledu bezbedne voznje bicikla 1I razvijenim zemljama sprovodi se jos u najranijem uzrastu, sto kod nas svakako nije slucaj. Vozaci bicikla sa motorom nalaze se na trecem mestu sa 11,80%, sto predstavlja znacajan pad u odnosu na deceniju koja je prethodila istrazivanju [16], a posledica je prvenstveno smanjenja broja registrovanih biciklova sa motorom. Najugrozeniji uzrast svih povredenih 1I saobracajnim nesrecama je godina, sa prosecnom incidencijom od 448, To je nesto nize nego deceniju pre, kada je incidencija za ovaj uzrast iznosila 508, [16], a sto je u skladu i sa podacima iz sveta. Svakako da u ovom uzrastu, posebno kod osoba muskeg pola, saobracajni traumatizam predstavlja vodeci uzrok povredivanja, a i vodeci je na listi uzroka smrtnosti. Veoma visoka je i incidencija u uzrasu godina i iznosi / Incidencija traumatizma opada iduci i prema rnladim i prema starij im uzrastirna. Mortalitet saobracajnog traumatizma ima tendenciju porasta iduci od najmladeg ka najstarij im uzrastima, sa najvisim vrednostima 1I uzrasnoj grupi godina, ali je on tek neznatno veci od mortaliteta osoba starijih od 60 godina. No, cinjenica je da su razlike u mortalitetu kod svih lica starih 20 i vise godina neznatne, i nisu ni priblizno tako upecatljive kao sto je to bio slucaj deceniju ranije. Nazalost, ovo je suprotno tendenciji u visokorazvijenim zemljama, gde se belezi pad mortaliteta u mladim uzrastima i gde osobe starije od 60 godina imaju znacajnije ucesce [17]. Saobracajne povrede su oko 2,5 puta cesce ked muskaraca nego kod zena, sto je nesto nize nego II svetu, gde se ovaj odnos krece oko 3 : I, prvenstveno zbog veoma male razlike II broju nastradalih pesaka u AP Vojvodini u odnosu na pol, a posebno u broju nastradalih putnika, Vozaci muskarci su oko pet puta ugrozeniji od vozaca zena. Saobracajni traumatizam ima sezonske varijacije, sa maksimumom javljanja 1I periodu avgust - oktobar i minimumom u februaru. Slicna situacija je i u visoko razvijenim zemljama [18]. lako je izvesno da meteoroloski uslovi uticu na smanjen broj vozila u zimskim mesecima, ada se maksimum nastradalih javlja u periodu kada pocinje skolska godina, intenzivni su poljoprivredni radovi, dani postaju kraci, nema pravog odgovora 0 sezonskoj raznolikosti broja nastradalih. Sa druge strane, u Srbij i i Crnoj Gori najvise saobracajnih nesreca, ukljucujuci i one sa materijalnom stetom, registruje se u decernbru, ali je period sa maksimumom saobracajnih nesreca sa nastradalim licima identican kao i u AP Vojvodini [15]. Gradani AP Vojvodine najvise stradaju petkom i subotom, sto je pojava koja postoji vise decenija unazad [16] i verovatno je posledica navike mladih da upravo ovim danima idu u vecernji izlazak, kada je upotreba alkoholnih pica najizrazenija. Nedelja predstavlja "najbezbedniji" dan u nedelji, s obzirom daje i intenzitet saobracaja nedeljom najmanji. Najveci broj Vojvodana nastrada u saobracajnirn nesrecama 1I periodu izmedu 17 i 20 casova. U ovom periodu dolazi do smanjenja vidljivosti, uz

Broj nastradalih lica daleko je veci u nesrecarna koje se desavaju u naselju i posledica je intenzivnijeg saobracaja u cesto ograniccnim saobracajnim kapacitetima, kao i eksponiranost svih kategorija ucesnika, Medutirn, saobracajne nesrece koje se dogadaju van naselja cesce su teze, sa fatalnim posledicama i rezultat su znacajno vece brzine kretanja vozila, kao i duzeg vremena potrebnog za ukazivanje hitne medicinske pornoci. Jako je broj nastradalih u naselju znatno veci od broja nastradalih van naselja, opstine sa najvecirn incidencijama saobracajnog traumatizma su upravo one na cijoj teritoriji su locirane najprometnije saobracajnice. Taka, najmanja opstina u AP Vojvodini - Mali Idos predstavlja opstinu sa najvisorn incidencijom saobracajnog traumatizma. Gotovo je identicna incidencija u Subotici, a Backa Topola opstina koja se nalazi izmedu prethodnih - nalazi se na petom mestu. Tako, Severnobacki okrug predstavlja izrazito najugrozeniji okrug u AP Vojvodini. Upravo kroz ove opstine prolazi put Subotica Beograd. Ovaj put prolazi kroz grad Novi Sad i opstine Indija i Stara Pazova, dok drugi pravac vodi preko opstina Irig i Ruma. Stara Pazova nalazi se na cetvrtorn, Ruma na sestom, Novi Sad na sedmom, Indija na dvanaestom, a Irig na sedamnaestom mestu. Cinjenica je da je blizina prometne magistralne saobracajnice od presudnog znacaja za saobracajni traumatizam. Ovo je posebno znacajno ako se uzrneu obzir da za veliki broj puteva ne postoje obilaznice oko naseljenih mesta, vee saobracajnice prolaze kroz naselje, pri cernu vozaci vrlo cesto ne prilagodavaju brzinu vozila uslovima voznje kroz naselje, cime direktno ugrozavaju bezbednost saobracaja. B1izina ratnih zbivanja i izmenjena politickoekonomska situacija bitno su se odrazili na intenzitet saobracaja na vojvodanskirn putevima. Nekada najprometnija saobracajnica auto-put Beograd - Zagreb, koji prolazi kroz opstine Pecinci, Sremska Mitrovica i Sid, gotovo da je potpuno izgubila znacaj u poslednjoj decenij i XX veka. Sa druge strane, neke saobracajnice sa vee inteziviranim saobracajern, postale su znacajnije (put Novi Sad - Sombor, koji prolazi jos i kroz opstine Backi Petrovac i Odzaci). Ove cinjenice bitno Sll se odrazile na topografske karakteristike saobracajnog traurnatizma II Vojvodini. Tako, opstina Pecinci koja je osamdesetih godina XX veka imala najvisu incidenciju saobracajnog traurnatizma II Vojyodini, nalazi se tek na sesnaestom mestu, dok je Sid sa drugog dospeo na deseto rnesto, a Sremska Mitrovica sa sedmog na petnaesto mesto. Sombor je sa sestog dospeo na trece mesto, dok je Novi Sad pao sa treceg na sedmo mesto. Secanj je vee decenijama "najsigurnija" opstina, a i Severnobanatski i Srednjebanatski okrug II celini, sa izuzetkom Zrenjanina, na zacelju su liste. Zakljucak Saobracajni traumatizam II populaciji Vojvodine u periodu I. godine zadrzao je endernoepidemijski karakter. Preduslovi za postojanje takve epidemioloske situacije su visoka incidencija i mortalitet saobracajnog traumatizma u AP Vojvodini, koji, uprkos nepovoljnim ekonornsko-politickirn okolnostima u poslednjoj deceniji dvadesetog veka, pokazuju blagi porast trcnda, a neki pokazatelj i ugrozenosti poplllacije, kakav je i broj poginulih na vozila, stavljaju AP Vojvodinu na prvo mesto u svetu. Iako se II razvijenim zemljama sveta II poslednjoj decenij i belezi pad nastradaljh II saobracajnim nesrecama za 25-75%, II AP Vojvodini do ovakvog pada nije doslo, naprotiv, poslednjih godina posrnatranog perioda dolazi do porasta kako broja povredenih, tako i broja poginulih. Unapredcnje bezbednosti saobracaja II AP Vojvodini sa aspekta dokazane rizicne grupe vozaca, sastojala bi se u identifikacij i rizicne grupe vozaca, pracenju nj ihove saobracajne istorije i postupaka u smislu vanrednih zdravstvenih pregleda ovih vozaca, po proceduri koja se primenjuje i za druge rizicne kategorije. Avarage incidence is 174 accidents per 100,000 population, and 301 injured per population. Mortality rate is 30.6 per JOO 000 population. Number of killed in road traffic accidents per 10,000 vehicles is Discussion During the period, morbidity and mortality rates oj traffic accidents in AP Vojvodina were high. Participating 0/ bicycle drivers, car passengers and pedestrians is higher than in developed countries. Injured persons are niostlv yo, but rates ofkilled persons are the SCll71e in all age groups older than 19. Men are more in danger than women. Majority oiaccidents happen during the early autumn months, on Fridays and Saturdays, in early evening hours. Most persons have been injured or killed in city accidents.along Subotica-Belgrade highway. Conclusion AP Vojvodina had the highest mortality rate of road traffic injuries per ten thousand vehicles in Europe f.
