2 1. USE OF EXHIBIT SPACE It is expressly agreed that exhibit space is assigned subject to the following terms and conditions: A. For purposes of this paragraph, persons means any natural person or any corporation, partnership or other domestic, or foreign, business entity. B. An Exhibitor may lease space from Reed Exhibitions under the definite understanding that its product(s) and / or service(s) are deemed by Reed Exhibitions to be directly related to the golf trade. C. All exhibits in The PGA Fashion and Demo Experience for August 18-19, 2015 shall be officially housed in the Venetian Resort- Hotel-Casino (Venetian). D. Exhibit space assigned is for the SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE ASSIGNED EXHIBITOR. EXHIBITOR SHALL NOT REASSIGN, SUBLEASE OR SHARE ITS EXHIBIT SPACE with any person, firm or other entity. No Exhibitor is permitted to show goods other than those manufactured or handled by Exhibitor in the regular course of business. Use of the assigned exhibit space for the display of products of persons other than the Exhibitor is a violation of the Rules and Regulations, and subjects Exhibitor to cancellation of Exhibitor s display space without refund. No person, firm or other entity not assigned space in the Venetian will be permitted to solicit business in any manner anywhere in the Venetian or in proximity to the property of the Venetian. E. Exhibitor shall display its products or services only in the exhibit space assigned by Reed Exhibitions. Exhibitor is expressly prohibited from displaying or distributing its products or services in any manner, at any time from 7:00 am, Tuesday, August 18 th, 2015 through 4:00 pm, Wednesday, August 19 th, 2015, in any space, including, but not limited to, aisle space, public space, lobby, parking lot, loading dock, restaurant, and any special meeting room which Exhibitor may have reserved, or any other space not assigned by Reed Exhibitions. F. If Exhibitor s assigned booth space is separated by an aisle, the booths, numbering at least two (2) on either side of the aisle, must be a uniform and equal number. G. The distribution in any manner, at any time from 7:00 am, Tuesday, August 18 th, 2015 through 4:00 pm, Wednesday, August 19 th, 2015, of any product, literature or promotional items by Exhibitor personnel or its agents, including models retained by Exhibitor and wearing apparel of an advertising nature, shall be strictly confined to the exhibit space assigned by Reed Exhibitions and any official, approval distribution point(s). H. Reed Exhibitions has an absolute right to require Exhibitor to change, alter, modify or remove any or all parts of Exhibitor s display including, but not limited to, signs, cards or other printed material, stands, display cases or other physical structures, and any items being displayed by Exhibitor, which Reed Exhibitions, in its sole discretion, deems unsuitable for its Show. 2. MOVE-IN, SHOW AND MOVE-OUT SCHEDULE A. Move-in dates and hours: Sunday, August 16, 2015 Monday, August 17, :00 pm - 8:00 pm Targeted Exhibitors Only 8:00 am 8:00 pm** ** All crates in excess of 100 pounds MUST be removed from the show floor by 2:00 pm. B. Show dates and hours: Tuesday, August 18, 2015 Wednesday, August 19, :30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. 8:30 a.m. 4:00 p.m. **Exhibitor personnel are permitted access to booth areas at 7:30 a.m. on each Show day. C. Move-out dates and hours: Wednesday, August 19, 2015 Thursday, August 20, :01 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Exhibitors are prohibited from dismantling or disturbing their exhibits until after the official closing. Product and/or valuable exhibit materials ARE NOT PERMITTED to remain unattended on the show floor following the official close of the show. Exhibitor must remove all product and valuables from the display prior to leaving the facility following the official close of the show.

3 3. DISPLAY BOOTH SPECIFICATIONS AND GUIDELINES A. Exhibitor s display booth(s) shall conform to the following specifications: 1. The maximum height of a display booth at the backwall, including any form of lighting system, product, signage, header and / or banner shall be: In-Line (standard) booth 8 Perimeter wall booth 12 Peninsula booth 12 (maximum 20 in width, side to side) Island booth 20 Split Island booth 20 (minimum 15 in width, side to side) If you have a question about the type of your booth, please contact Reed Exhibitions. 2. In the case of a standard 10 x 10 booth, any sidewall extending five feet (5 ) from the backwall of the display booth shall not exceed eight feet (8 ) in height, and the remaining five feet (5 ) sidewall or divider extending out to the aisle between display booths shall not exceed four feet (4 ) in height. No exhibit booths shall be allowed to obstruct clear vision to other booths in the same line or adjacent lines, unless it is an island display having four (4) sides. 3. Exhibitors using a hard backwall must leave a nine inch (9 ) clearance at the rear of the booth for access to electrical equipment, etc. Back to back hard walls must have eighteen inches (18 ) between the hard walls. 4. In the case of a peninsula booth, Reed Exhibitions requires a minimum of 20 in side to side width, with an aisle on three (3) sides. Standard peninsula booths must limit the width of the backwall to ten feet (10 ) centered and the backwall height must not exceed twelve feet (12 ). The remaining five feet (5 ) of backwall extending out to the aisle on either side cannot exceed four feet (4 ) in height 5. In the case of an island booth display, Exhibitors are required to submit one (1) booth diagram with each order for electrical, telecommunications, plumbing and compressed air. Diagrams must be forwarded to the appropriate service provider as indicated on each form and must adhere to the following guidelines: (a) They must be scaled plans. (b) They must include the Show name and dates. (c) They must include Exhibitor s name and assigned booth number. (d) They must include directional information (i.e., indicate neighboring aisles and / or exhibits). (e) They must include location(s) of service(s) being ordered (i.e., telephone, fax lines, electric, etc.) (f) A separate diagram must be submitted with each order. 6. In the case of a split island booth display, Exhibitors may extend the maximum 20 height from aisle edge to aisle edge. 7. In the case of any covered area within an exhibit, blue prints must be submitted by July 17, 2015, for review of such construction. See Section 4, GUIDELINES FOR COVERED EXHIBITS, for precise requirements. 8. No banner, signage or header, hung from the facility ceiling or spanning any aisle, will be permitted. Hanging independent lighting systems, attached to the facility from overhead, are permitted ONLY by island exhibits of 400 square feet or larger. No other hanging objects will be permitted, INCLUDING HANGING SIGNS OF ANY KIND, whether electrically illuminated or not, from the lighting truss. Island exhibits of 400 square feet or larger wishing to hang lighting systems will be required to submit a rigging plot diagram, no later than July 17, 2015, to: Reed Exhibitions 2015 PGA Fashion and Demo Experience Operations Manager Matt Luke 383 Main Avenue Norwalk, CT The rigging plot diagram should include a scaled drawing, indicating the hanging point locations, the weight to be hung at each rigging point, and the total weight of the lighting system overall, including truss systems and lighting fixtures. Please refer to Section 25, THEATRICAL LIGHTING AND EFFECTS.

4 B. In all cases, Reed Exhibitions shall have the absolute right to require Exhibitor, at Exhibitor s expense, to change, alter, modify or remove all or part of his exhibit or display booth. Grounds for such action shall include, but not be limited to: 1. Lack of aesthetic uniformity or harmony with other display booths at The PGA Fashion and Demo Experience 2. Non-compliance with express restrictions on the dimensions of the display booth or any part thereof, whether contained in the Application & License Agreement For Exhibition Participation, Rules & Regulations Handbook or the Exhibitor s Manual. 3. Objectionable noises or odors emanating from the display booth. 4. Objectionable signs or lights in the display booth. 5. Obstruction of aisles or of other display booths. Tables, demonstrations, sampling, putting contests and / or celebrity appearances must be placed a minimum of four feet (4 ) from the aisle, in booths that are ten feet (10 ) in depth. For booths greater than ten feet (10 ) in depth, the set back is a minimum of ten feet (10 ). 6. Objectionable clothing or attire, or lack thereof, worn by Exhibitor s personnel, his agents or models. C. Exhibitor shall not store boxes, crates, construction materials or any other materials in or around the display booth area. Any unfinished and / or Exposed part of a display booth must be draped at Exhibitor s expense. D. All food and beverages to be served and / or consumed in specifically designated areas of the VENETIAN, and / or Exhibitor s display, must be purchased from or approved by the exclusive food service contractor at the VENETIAN. All charges for such food and beverages are the sole and direct responsibility of the Exhibitor and shall not be billed through Reed Exhibitions, nor shall Reed Exhibitions assume responsibility or liability for them. E. Exhibitor must strictly comply with all fire, safety and electrical regulations of the Clark County Fire Department. Combustible materials will not be allowed within the VENETIAN, and no Exhibitor will be allowed to put up or operate any combustible engine, motor or machinery on the premises. All construction materials used in Exhibitor s display booth must be flame proofed. Balloons and/or blimps of any kind are strictly prohibited. Compressed gas cylinders of any kind are strictly prohibited. F. The fastening of screws, staples, nails, signs, decals or other devices and objects to any part of VENETIAN property is strictly prohibited. Exhibitor shall be responsible for any damage it causes to any part of the VENETIAN and is responsible for all cost for repairs of same. G. Photography and / or graphic reproduction of Exhibitor s booths and products displayed therein, without the prior permission of the Exhibitor and Reed Exhibitions, is strictly prohibited. 4. GUIDELINES FOR COVERED EXHIBITS A. Covered Exhibit Definition Covered: To place something over or upon an exhibit or portion of an exhibit (i.e., roof, ceiling, tenting, fabric, plastic, etc.). B. Guidelines for Covered Exhibits Requests for the construction of covered exhibits will be reviewed by Reed Exhibitions, Venetian Hotel-Resort-Casino and the Clark County Fire Department. To ensure the success of your exhibit, please read and comply with the following guidelines: 1. Send four (4) copies of blue prints (with front and side elevations), scaled, sealed, signed and dated by a registered architect or engineer, to: Reed Exhibitions 2015 PGA Fashion and Demo Experience Operations Manager Matt Luke 383 Main Avenue Norwalk, CT Plans must be submitted by the deadline of July 27, 2015 (even if you have used this display in prior PGA Golf Exhibitions and it has been approved). Plans must adhere to the following: (a) They must be scaled, sealed, signed and dated by a registered architect or engineer. (b) They must include the Show name and dates.

5 (c) They must include Exhibitor s name and assigned booth number. (d) They must indicate maximum exhibit height, within the booth. 2. All materials used in the construction of covered exhibits and all decorative materials within the exhibit must be noncombustible or limited combustible (flame retardant) materials. Certificates of flame retardant treatment along with samples of said materials must be submitted when requested by the Clark County Fire Department and/or Venetian Hotel-Resort-Casino. 3. If the covering exceeds 300 square feet in area, it shall meet the following requirements: (a) Exhibits which have an enclosed room must post notice, on the outside of the room, indicating the maximum people occupancy, permitted in the area at one time. (b) Covered areas must be limited to dimensions which do not exceed 1,000 square feet in individual areas. (c) If an additional covered area is required in excess of 1,000 square feet, a clear fire break (unobstructed aisle), of not less than ten feet (10 ) on all sides of the structure must be provided to the separate area. This separate, additional area is also subject to 1,000 square feet maximum area. This clear fire break (unobstructed aisle) shall not contain combustible displays, furniture, or other materials which could abet transfer of fire to another area. 4. Interior protection, by an approved automatic extinguishing system, is required for the following exhibit designs: (a) Single level exhibits or structures greater than 300 square feet which are covered with a canopy and / or ceiling. (b) A single exhibit or group of exhibits with an aggregate canopy and / or ceiling exceeding 300 square feet with less than ten feet (10 ) between canopy and / or ceilings. 5. Extinguishing system designs must be part of the original plan submissions. 6. Booths or structures that are protected by an automatic extinguishing system will have a flow alarm, audible and visual, within that area. This alarm is to be a local type, sounding in the vicinity of the booth or structure. 7. Install single-station, battery operated smoke detector in the interior and exterior of each covered exhibit, regardless of square footage. The detector will be an approved type and installed per manufacturer s instructions. The smoke detector must sound an audible alarm. Operation of smoke detectors must be verified after installation. 8. Portable, dry chemical fire extinguisher(s) will be required for each covered booth or structure. At least one (1) 2-A, 10-BC portable type fire extinguisher must be provided for each 300 square feet. Fire extinguisher(s) must be mounted in a visible location, near exit doors and accessible at all times. 9. Reed Exhibitions must provide 24-hour fire watch for all exhibits exceeding 300 covered square feet. Fire watch will commence with installation of the ceiling, and continue until the ceiling is removed. 10. Exhibitor must install single-station, battery operated smoke detector in the interior and exterior of each covered exhibit, regardless of square footage. The detector will be an approved type and installed per manufacturer s instructions. The smoke detector must sound an audible alarm. 11. Exhibitor must provide a portable, dry chemical fire extinguisher(s) for each covered exhibit or structure. At least one (1) 2-A, 10-BC portable type fire extinguisher must be provided for each 300 square feet. Fire extinguisher(s) must be mounted in a visible location, near exit doors, and accessible at all times. E. Insurance Requirements Exhibitor is required to carry, at its own expense, commercial general liability insurance at a minimum amount of $5,000,000, as well as Workers Compensation insurance as required by law and adequate Burglary, Robbery and Theft insurance covering monies, properties and merchandise pertaining to The PGA Fashion and Demo Experience, August 18 - August 19, 2015 Reed Exhibitions, Venetian Hotel-Resort-Casino (and its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates) and The PGA of America shall be designated as additional insured in the policies evidencing such coverage. Reed Exhibitions, The PGA of America, their officers, directors, employees and agents, and Venetian Hotel-Resort- Casino (and its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates) will not be liable for any injury to any person that may occur in the exhibit area or for the loss of or damage to any material from any cause whatsoever, whether in transit, or before, during or after The PGA Fashion and Demo Experience, regardless of whether Reed Exhibitions furnishes attendants, guards or night watchmen. It is expressly acknowledged that Reed Exhibitions has not purchased insurance of any kind for the benefit of the Exhibitor, nor is it under any obligation to do so. The Exhibitor shall

6 indemnify Reed Exhibitions, Venetian Hotel- Resort-Casino (and its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates) and The PGA of America against and hold harmless from negligence of the Exhibitor or in connection with the Exhibitor s use of the display space. F. Fee Covered space of an exhibit, regardless of square footage, will be assessed an additional fee of $1, Applicable taxes, if any, shall also be charged. Application of this fee will be made to the following services in connection with a covered exhibit: 1. Coordination and scheduling of all appropriate fire watch personnel to meet Clark County Fire Department requirements. 2. On-site supervision of fire watch personnel. 3. Provide on-site communications equipment, to appropriate authorities and / or to fire watch personnel, for duration of movein, Show days and move-out. 4. Payment of hourly fire watch personnel fees, including applicable taxes. 5. FULL SWING DEMONSTRATION POLICIES AND PROCEDURES The minimum booth size permitted to have full swing demonstrations is 200 square feet. Companies whose product requires a full swing demonstration must abide by the following policies and procedures: A. Provide a sturdy, self-standing hitting cage / net. B. Provide a hitting mat located within the hitting cage / net. C. Provide three feet (3 ) of clearance between the ball impact area of the hitting cage / net and the adjoining booth or aisle, or provide an impact absorbing material to be used in the ball impact area of the hitting cage/ net. D. Provide a queuing barrier that will be set a minimum of six feet (6 ) behind the hitting mat for protection of the back swing. The opening to the queuing barrier is to be located in the back half of the booth. E. Companies with full swing demonstrations must submit a diagram of their proposed exhibit area to Reed Exhibitions by July 27, The diagram must indicate: 1. The front opening and back of hitting cage / net. 2. Aisles and neighboring booth numbers. 3. Travel direction of the golf ball. 4. Back swing direction. 5. The hitting mat location within the hitting cage / net. F. At all times during a full swing demonstration, a company employee must supervise the demonstration. Never, during a full swing demonstration, will anyone be allowed to swing a club or hit a ball if the booth representative is not in the booth, or is occupied with another customer outside the hitting area. G. Any fully enclosed booth with a solid (non-penetrable by overhead sprinkler system) ceiling, requires installation of a smoke detector with an audible alarm on the inside ceiling surface, and one (1) 2-A 10-BC fire extinguisher. In addition, the booth s construction material must be fire retardant and have a Certificate of Flame Resistance. Hitting cages with an open netting ceiling do not require either a smoke detector or fire extinguisher. 6. INSURANCE Exhibitor is required to maintain, at its own expense, commercial general liability insurance at a minimum amount of $1,000,000, with the exception of Exhibitors having a covered exhibit, where the required commercial general liability insurance shall be at a minimum of $5,000,000, naming Reed Exhibitions, Venetian Hotel-Resort-Casino (and its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates) and PGA of America as Additional Insured. Exhibitor shall also maintain the appropriate Workers Compensation insurance as required by law and adequate Burglary, Robbery and Theft coverage for monies, properties and merchandise pertaining to The PGA Fashion and Demo Experience, August 18 - August 19, Reed Exhibitions, Venetian Hotel-Resort-Casino (and its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates) and The PGA of America, their officers, directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any injury to any person that may occur in the exhibit area or for the loss of or damage to any material from any cause whatsoever, whether in transit, or before, during or after The PGA Fashion and Demo Experience, regardless of whether Reed Exhibitions furnishes attendants, guards or night watchmen. It is expressly acknowledged that Reed Exhibitions has not purchased insurance of any kind for the benefit of Exhibitor, nor is it under any obligation to do so. The Exhibitor shall indemnify Reed Exhibitions and The PGA of America against and hold it harmless from any negligent acts performed by Exhibitor or Exhibitor s officers, directors, employees or agents of Exhibitor or in connection with Exhibitor s use of display space.a. Exhibitor hereby waives any and all claims against Reed Exhibitions, Venetian Hotel-Resort-Casino (and its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates) and The PGA of America, their officers, directors, employees, agents, resulting from loss, theft, damage or destruction to its property or loss from any cause whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damage to its business from delay, mechanical failure, labor trouble, failure to provide space in The PGA Fashion and Demo Experience, or failure to hold The PGA Fashion and Demo Experience as scheduled), or from bodily injuries or personal injury to it, its agents or employees. Exhibitor shall obtain at its option and at its own expense, adequate insurance against such injury, loss or damage.

7 B. Exhibitor assumes full and complete responsibility for any damage or destruction of the property of others, or from Exhibitor s participation during the period of The PGA Fashion and Demo Experience. C. Exhibitors are not required to supply Reed Exhibitions with a copy of the Certificate of Insurance, however, it is suggested that Exhibitor have a copy of the Certificate of Insurance at The PGA Fashion and Demo Experience. D. Exhibitors using services other than those provided by the Official Service Contractor must inform all Exhibitor Appointed Contractors of the insurance requirements and guidelines applying to them as outlined in the Rules and Regulations for the Use of Exhibitor Appointed Contractors, contained in Section 12 of the Rules & Regulations Handbook. Exhibitor Appointed Contractor personnel will not be permitted on the show floor until these requirements have been met. 7. PERSONNEL ALLOWED DURING MOVE-IN / MOVE-OUT In the interest of safety, only those full-time employees and sales representatives of exhibiting companies and authorized personnel of Exhibitor Designated Contractors directly responsible for the set-up and dismantling of the booth will be permitted in the exhibit areas during move-in and move-out dates and hours, consistent with Nevada state labor laws. Under no circumstance will family, guests or children (under the age of 18) be allowed on the show floor until the official show opening on August 18, 2015 at 8:30 a.m. 8. EXHIBITOR PERSONNEL, BADGES, SHOW ACCESS A. Reed Exhibitions will furnish Exhibitor with PGA Fashion and Demo Experience badges for use by Exhibitor s company management, company salesmen, and its distributors, whether domestic or foreign. Reed Exhibitions will also furnish badges for Exhibitor s independent sales representatives whose names were supplied to Reed Exhibitions by Exhibitor. Exhibitor badges are NOT to be issued to buyers, source suppliers, ad agencies, importers / exporters, consultants, vendors, business agents / managers, and others who wish to gain admittance for the purpose of making contacts or any other purpose. Exhibitors will receive badges based on the total square footage of assigned booth space as outlined in Section 5 of the Exhibitor s Manual. Exhibitor acknowledges that any badges in addition to those allotted as set forth in Section 5 of the Exhibitor s Manual shall be provided to Exhibitor at a rate of $25.00 per badge, if ordered no later than August 17, 2015, or $50.00 per badge if ordered after August 17, 2015, payable at time of order. Distributor and Independent Sales Rep badges are not included in your Exhibitor badge allotment. B. Misuse of PGA Fashion and Demo Experience badges is strictly prohibited. The PGA Fashion and Demo Experience badge constitutes a license to gain entry and is for the sole and exclusive use of the registrant whose name appears on the badge, and at no time should be used to provide entry to another person. Should such a violation occur, the badge will be reclaimed by Reed Exhibitions, and the wearer will be refused further entry into display areas for the duration of The PGA Fashion and Demo Experience. C. Exhibitor must staff its booth(s) during all show hours of The PGA Fashion and Demo Experience. D. Exhibitor personnel are permitted access to booth areas each show morning at 7:30 a.m. E. Exhibitor s personnel must wear the official PGA Fashion and Demo Experience badge for admission to The PGA Fashion and Demo Experience. Security personnel will refuse entry into display areas to all persons not wearing the official PGA Fashion and Demo Experience badge. F. The official PGA Fashion and Demo Experience badge is not to be altered in any manner (i.e., replaced with business card, company badge or hand written badge). Any alteration to The PGA Fashion and Demo Experience badge may result in reclaiming the badge by Reed Exhibitions and refusing the wearer further entry into the display areas for the duration of The PGA Fashion and Demo Experience. 9. NOTICE FROM VENETIAN RESORT-HOTEL-CASINO AND REED EXHIBITIONS A. Reed Exhibitions prohibits balloons, blimps, etc., of any type, including helium or mixed gas, lighter-than-air. B. Smoking is prohibited in exhibit and meeting areas of VENETIAN at all times. C. All materials used in exhibit construction, decorating, or as a temporary cover MUST be certified as flame retardant or a sample must be available for testing. Materials which cannot be treated to meet the requirements may not be used. D. All exits and exit aisles must be kept clear and unobstructed. Designated No Freight aisles must be kept clear of crates and exhibit materials during move-in and move-out.

8 E. All fire hose racks, fire extinguishers and emergency exits must be visible and accessible at all times, to include fire protection within exhibits. Exits and exit signs must not be covered by drapes nor obscured from view by exhibit components. F. All empty shipping cases, cartons or crates must be labeled and removed for storage or they will be removed as trash. Crates and/or cardboard boxes are not to be used as exhibit supports or as part of the exhibit. G. No storage of any kind is allowed behind back drapes, display walls, inside the display area or near electrical service. All cartons, crates, containers, packing materials, etc., which are necessary for repackaging, should be labeled with EMPTY stickers and removed from the show floor. Materials necessary to the exhibit must be stored within the exhibit and be limited to a one day supply. H. All temporary wiring must be accessible and free from debris and / or storage materials. Hard back booths must have power supplies dropped within the booth. If electrical equipment is not accessible, electric power may be denied. I. All 110-volt extension cords shall be 3-wire (grounded), #14 or larger AWG, copper wire. Connectors must not be supported by cords. Two wire zip cords are not permitted, other than factory-installed appliance connectors: these may not exceed six feet (6 ) in length and must be UL approved. J. Cube tap adapters are prohibited (Uniform Fire Code ). Multi-plug connectors must be UL approved with built in overload protection. Connectors must not be used to exceed their listed ampere rating. K. Electrical work under carpets must be done, or supervised, by the electrical contractor. Floor wiring must be Type SO, flat cord, insulated to qualify for extra hard usage and must be #14 or larger AWG or larger, and must be protected against injury. Round cords are not authorized under carpet. L. No adhesive-backed (stick-on) decals, or similar items, may be distributed or used. M. Decorations, signs, etc., may not be taped, nailed, tacked, stapled or otherwise fastened to ceilings, walls, doors, painted surfaces or columns of the Venetian Hotel-Resort-Casino, without prior written permission. No holes may be drilled, cored or punched in Center walls or floors. N. Exhibitor equipment, stock and / or supplies will not be allowed to leave via the front entrances of the Venetian Hotel- Resort- Casino. O. Freight deliveries will not be accepted by the Venetian Hotel-Resort-Casino. See Shipping Information in the Exhibitor s Manual. P. Compressed gas cylinders, including LPG, are prohibited unless approved by the Clark County Fire Department and Reed Exhibitions. If approved: 1. LPG containers having a maximum capacity of 12lb water weight (nominal 5lb LP-Gas capacity) may be permitted temporarily inside the convention facility for public exhibitions or demonstrations. If more than one such container is located in an area, the containers shall be separated by at least 20 feet. 2. When approved, LPG containers complying with UL 147A Standard for Non-refillable (disposable) Type Fuel Gas Cylinder Assemblies, and having a maximum water capacity of 2.7lb and filled with no more than 16.8 ounces of LP-Gas may be permitted for use inside the convention facility as part of approved, self-contained torch assemblies or similar appliances. 3. Any exception to the first two requirements above must be submitted for review and approval by the Clark County Fire Department and the VENETIAN Convention Services Manager. 4. All LPG containers must be separated and inaccessible to the public. 5. The after-hours, overnight storage of any LPG container inside the convention facility is strictly prohibited. Containers must be removed at the end of each day and can be delivered back to the show floor upon the arrival of exhibit staff in the morning. 6. Storage of LPG containers must be either off-site or on-site in an approved metal storage vault and approved location. 7. No dispensing from or refilling of LPG containers will be permitted inside of the convention facility. 8. Use of LPG outdoors must be approved by the Clark County Fire Department and the Convention Services Manager prior to arrival on VENETIAN property. No outside LPG use will be permitted in any areas where building exits discharge or Fire Department access is required.

9 Q. At no time shall facility carpet be exposed to crates, dollies, hand trucks, equipment, etc. R. Painting of signs, displays or other objects is not permitted in the Venetian Hotel-Resort-Casino. Flammable or combustible liquids are prohibited inside the building except as approved by Venetian Hotel-Resort-Casino. These include, but are not limited to, flammable thinners, solvents, paints and aerosol cans. TOUCH UP SPRAY PAINTING IS PROHIBITED. S. Parking on the loading dock(s) or inside the Venetian Hotel-Resort-Casino is prohibited. Violators vehicles will be towed at the owner s expense. T. Parking will be charged a daily fee upon each entry into the lot(s) on Show Days, and a one-time daily fee with in/out privileges on move-in/out days only. This is subject to change at the discretion of Venetian Hotel-Resort-Casino. U. The Venetian Hotel-Resort-Casino has an exclusive food service contractor. No food and / or beverage products may be distributed by an Exhibitor unless items are part of an exhibition where the Exhibitor is the legal manufacturer and / or distributor of such item. Distributing samples of such items must be approved in writing by the Venetian Hotel- Resort-Casino Food Service Contractor. Exhibitors and their personnel shall not bring food and / or beverages into the Venetian Hotel-Resort- Casino for personal consumption. V. Residue resistant carpet tape (i.e., Plyken, Mystik No. 6456, Scotch branch or Devoscal double-faced vinyl carpet tape) must be used. All tape and residue must be removed from the floor and disposed of immediately after the show. Tape or residue left on any surface will be removed and billed to the exhibiting company. W. Vehicle(s) being displayed must have the ignition keys remove, battery cables disconnected and the fuel tank opening locked or taped shut. Fuel may not exceed one eighth (1/8) of the tank capacity. Auxiliary batteries not connected to the engine starting system may be left connected. External chargers are recommended for demonstration purposes. No battery charging permitted inside the facility. A layer of Visquene or other approved material must be placed beneath the vehicle to protect the floor in the event of any leakage. X. Combustible materials must not be stored beneath display vehicles. All space beneath vehicles must be clear and visible, except for permitted electrical supplies. Y. Vehicles in the Venetian Hotel-Resort-Casino, for unloading, may not be left with engines idling. If engine cannot be shut down, vehicle must be removed from the Venetian Hotel-Resort-Casino as quickly as possible. Exhaust gases present extreme hazards to workers. Z. Facsimile (FAX) and copy services are available at the Venetian Hotel-Resort-Casino s Business Center for a charge. AA. Covered exhibits must be approved prior to delivery for set-up. Exhibitors with covered exhibits should refer to Section 4, GUIDELINES FOR COVERED EXHIBITS, of the Rules & Regulations Handbook. AB. Requests for pyrotechnic displays must be in writing, in advance, to the Director of Operations, Reed Exhibitions, and copied to The PGA Fashion and Demo Experience Convention Services Manager at the Venetian Hotel-Resort-Casino. All pyrotechnic displays and demonstrations must be approved by Reed Exhibitions, the Venetian Hotel-Resort-Casino Convention Services Manager and the Clark County Fire Department. AC. Possession, storage or bringing onto VENETIAN property of materials that constitute hazardous materials (as defined by federal/state/local laws) is prohibited. Disposal of any hazardous waste is prohibited in the sewer lines and/or drains of the VENETIAN. AD. Halogen lamps are limited to 75 watts and must be of the sealed variety. The use of stem and/or track-mounted halogen or other fixtures employing either a linear halogen bulb or a non-shielded halogen bulb is not allowed. Halogen bulbs, or lighting fixtures (including track lighting) containing halogen bulbs, that are being displayed or demonstrated as part of an exhibiting company s product line or business in its booth are not covered by this policy. 10. SPECIAL SERVICES A. Reed Exhibitions shall provide security guards for the general exhibition areas in the VENETIAN, from the period of move-in through the conclusion of move-out.

10 B. Reed Exhibitions will include Exhibitor s name, address, phone numbers, management personnel, products, and booth number(s) in its Official Show Directory, IF Directory listing information is received by stated deadline. This information is to be supplied by Exhibitor on the appropriate form. Exhibitors assigned space after the Directory listing deadline but prior to the Directory Addendum deadline, will be included in the Directory Addendum, to include Exhibitor s name, address, phone numbers and booth number(s). Reed Exhibitions, its agents or representatives will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in either the Directory & Buyers Guide or the Addendum. C. Unless otherwise provided elsewhere in the License Agreement or by Reed Exhibitions, Exhibitor must obtain all labor, furnishings, electrical service, booth cleaning service, wiring, telecommunications, security, food and / or beverage, and other supplies and equipment through the General Service Contractor, Official Contractors or Venetian Hotel-Resort- Casino. All charges for such services or materials are the sole and direct responsibility of the Exhibitor. These charges shall not be billed through Reed Exhibitions nor shall Reed Exhibitions assume any responsibility or liability for them. 11. GENERAL SERVICE CONTRACTOR The General Service Contractor (Freeman) will maintain a service center at The PGA Fashion and Demo Experience. Order forms for booth furnishings, labor and other show services will be included in the Official Exhibitor s Manual, available online at or which will be mailed on request only. DO NOT SHIP EXHIBIT MATERIALS TO THE VENETIAN, PRIOR TO THE FIRST OFFICIAL MOVE-IN DAY. THE VENETIAN WILL REFUSE TO ACCEPT AND WILL ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR SUCH SHIPMENTS, REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING METHOD(S). ALL FREIGHT AND PRODUCT BOUND FOR THE PGA FASHION AND DEMO EXPERIENCE MUST BE COORDINATED THROUGH THE GENERAL SERVICE CONTRACTOR. 12. RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE USE OF EXHIBITOR DESIGNATED CONTRACTORS AND DISPLAY HOUSES Exhibitors may designate their own contractor for the physical set-up and dismantling of their display ONLY consistent with Nevada state labor laws. All other show services, including advance carpet installation, must be provided by the Official Service Contractor. The Exhibitor MUST notify Reed Exhibitions of its intention to utilize its own designated contractor on the form provided in Section 3 of the Exhibitor s Manual NO LATER THAN August 4, Exhibitor Appointed Contractors (EAC) must comply with the following rules and regulations: A. The EAC must have all licenses, permits and / or bondings required by federal, state, county or municipal governments and Venetian Hotel-Resort-Casino prior to commencing work and shall provide Reed Exhibitions and Venetian Hotel- Resort-Casino with evidence of such compliance. B. The EAC shall provide and keep in force, during the period of August 16 - August 20, 2015, the following insurance: 1. Workers Compensation insurance in accordance with Nevada law covering EAC s employees. If the home state of the EAC does not have a reciprocal agreement with the State of Nevada, contact Employers Insurance Company of Nevada (EICN) to obtain proper coverage. Phone (702) , or visit 2. Employers Liability insurance for Nevada operations in minimum limits of $2,000,000 per occurrence. 3. Commercial General Liability insurance, including broad form contractual liability, broad form property damage, and combined single limit bodily injury, with limits of liability of at least $2,000, Comprehensive Automobile Liability insurance insuring any owned, non-owned, and hired vehicle(s) to be used in and out of the Venetian Hotel-Resort-Casino in the amount of $2,000,000 in any one occurrence. All insurance required shall be issued by companies authorized to do business in the state of Nevada. EAC shall have completed by its insurance agent the Certificate of Insurance and / or separate certificates for Nevada Workers Compensation. EAC shall deliver such completed certificates of insurance to Reed Exhibitions no later than August 4, All required policies shall name as additional insured Venetian Hotel-Resort-Casino and Reed Exhibitions. All required insurance policies shall provide that the insurance carrier will give written notice to Venetian Hotel-Resort- Casino at least 30 days prior to any material change in, cancellation, or non-renewal of the policy. EAC s failure to provide such certificates or policies, as the case may be, within the period herein referenced, shall constitute a breach of the EAC s duties and obligations hereunder. D. The EAC shall obtain and maintain during the period herein referenced insurance policies on all personal property owned, leased or hired by, or in the care, control or custody of the EAC during the period herein referenced. Such policies shall provide coverage for all risks, including earthquake, flood and theft, with a deductible per loss of not more than $1, E. The EAC must follow scheduled work times and adhere to all rules of ingress and egress.

11 F. The EAC must furnish Reed Exhibitions with names of all supervisors and full time employees who will be working on the Exposition floor and see that they have and wear at all times the necessary security ID. These I.D.s are to be obtained upon arrival at the Venetian Hotel-Resort-Casino loading dock areas. G. The EAC MAY NOT solicit business on the show floor. All EAC personnel, including all laborers employed by EAC, must confine all activities to the booth(s) of the client(s) and may not enter the display area of a non-client for any purpose. H. The EAC must confine his operation to the exhibit area(s) of his client(s). No service desks, storage areas or other work facilities will be located elsewhere in the Exposition hall. I. The EAC must comply with all labor agreements and practices and must not commit or allow to be committed by persons in his employ, any acts that could lead to work stoppage, strikes or labor problems. J. The show floor, aisles, loading docks, service and storage areas will be under the control of the General Service Contractor. The EAC must coordinate all his activities with the General Service Contractor. K. The EAC will share with the General Service Contractor all reasonable costs related to his operation, including overtime pay for stewards, restoration of exhibit hall to its initial condition, etc. It will be the responsibility of the EAC to remove all installed tape from the floor and any bulk trash from the exhibit hall (such as skids or crates), or be billed accordingly by the General Service Contractor for the labor to do so. L. In performing work for his client(s), the EAC shall cooperate fully with the General Service Contractor and assist him in fulfilling his responsibilities, especially by refraining from placing an undue burden on the General Service Contractor by interfering with the efficient utilization of labor by the General Service Contractor. M. Cameras or photography are prohibited on the exhibit floor without permission from Reed Exhibitions. With approval, EAC s may photograph only the booth(s) with which they have contractual arrangements. N. While aisle carpeting is being installed, jockey boxes, ladders and the EAC s equipment must be removed from the show floor or be placed inside the exhibit booth being installed. O. To facilitate the installation and cleaning of aisle carpet, all crates must be emptied and labeled for removal by 11:59 am on Monday, August 17, APPROVAL REQUIRED FOR CONTESTS, DRAWINGS OR GIVE-AWAYS If you are planning to hold a contest, drawing or distribute promotional materials / give-aways, you MUST complete the appropriate form found in Section 9 of the Exhibitor s Manual, on or before the deadline date indicated on the form. All contests, drawings and give-aways are subject to approval, which may be granted or denied at Reed Exhibitions sole discretion. No cigarettes, cigars and / or other tobacco products may be given away, unless the tobacco product is the Exhibitor s product of record. 14. APPROVAL REQUIRED FOR PRESS CONFERENCES If you plan to hold a press conference, you must complete the appropriate form found in Section 9 of the Exhibitor s Manual, on or before the deadline date indicated on the form. All press conferences are subject to approval, which may be granted or denied at Reed Exhibitions sole discretion. All press conferences must be held in the Media Center and not in the Exhibitor s booth. 15. EMPTY CRATES AND BOOTH INSTALLATION DEADLINE To facilitate the installation and cleaning of aisle carpet during move-in, all crates must be emptied and labeled for removal by 2:00pm, Monday, August 17, All display booths must have begun installation no later than 3:00 pm, Monday, August 17, For any space not claimed and occupied, or for which special arrangements have NOT been made with Reed Exhibitions in writing by 3:00 pm, Monday, August 17, 2015, such space shall be deemed to be forfeited and the Exhibitor will pay as liquidated damages 100% of the total contracted display booth fee for which Exhibitor agrees is a reasonable amount under the circumstances. Reed Exhibitions will not be liable 2015 PGA Fashion and Demo Experience Rules & for any incurred expenses. Reed Exhibitions reserves the right to assign such forfeited space to any other entity at Reed Exhibitions sole discretion. 16. FLOOR COVERING GUIDELINES Reed Exhibitions will furnish carpet for all aisleways and booth in the Venetian Ballroom (wall to wall hotel carpeting), and the daily cleaning and vacuuming of all aisleways in all exhibition areas. Exhibitors are permitted to provide their own unique flooring may consist of hard wood, astroturf or carpeting. No vinyl or linoleum may be used. Carpet is available through the General

12 Service Contractor at Exhibitor s expense, or Exhibitor may provide his own carpet. Any carpet must be set on stop of the existing carpeted floors. 17. NO FREIGHT AISLES All items left in NO FREIGHT aisles during move-in and move-out will be moved into the booth by the General Service Contractor, to avoid delays and ensure a timely move-in and move-out process. NO FREIGHT aisles are required by Venetian Hotel-Resort-Casino and the Clark County Fire Department, and will be clearly marked. 18. SET-BACK GUIDELINES Demonstrations, video monitors / walls, sampling, order writing tables, putting contests and / or celebrity appearances must be organized within the Exhibitor s assigned booth space so as not to interfere with traffic in any aisle. In booths ten feet (10 ) deep, the demonstration, video monitors / walls, sampling, order writing tables, putting contests and / or celebrity appearances must be set back a minimum of four feet (4) from the aisle. For booths greater than ten feet (10 ) in depth, the set back must be a minimum of ten feet (10 ). Each Exhibitor is responsible for keeping the aisles around their booth free of congestion. If not complied with, Reed Exhibitions, at their discretion, will require the Exhibitor to alter, modify or cease the activity. 19. ACCEPTABLE SOUND LEVELS Excessive sound can be offensive and distracting. Each Exhibitor is entitled to an atmosphere that is conducive to conducting business, without excess noise from other Exhibitors. Any audio equipment (i.e., sound system, audio from a video wall, microphones), and/or live performance of music, whether in the booth or as part of a display, may not exceed a sound level of eighty-five (85) decibels. Reed Exhibitions will be sensitive and responsive to complaints registered by spectators, neighboring Exhibitors, or other personnel, and will have appointees to respond to all complaints. The following rules and regulations will apply to ensure the appropriate business atmosphere of the 2015 PGA Fashion and Demo Experience: A. Self-supported audio equipment must be directed inwardly, toward your exhibit, as opposed to outwardly toward aisles or neighboring exhibits. B. Audio equipment must not violate the height restriction applicable to the booth. C. Decibel levels will be measured from the center of surrounding aisles. In the event audio equipment or performance exceeds the eighty-five (85) decibel requirement or is determined, by Reed Exhibitions, to affect neighboring Exhibitors negatively, the following procedures will be in effect: 1. First Notice: The offending Exhibitor will be notified and asked to comply with the stated guidelines. This notice will be documented. 2. Second Notice: The offending Exhibitor will be issued a written caution, noting violation of sound limits has been repeated, and will be instructed to reduce the volume immediately. 3. Third and Final Notice: The exhibit s electrical source(s) will be terminated, at Exhibitor s expense, for the remainder of the day. The Exhibitor will be given a fifteen (15) minute window of time prior to termination of electrical service, to take necessary precautions for their equipment. The Exhibitor will assume full responsibility for any damage to their exhibit or demonstration resulting from their failure to adhere to show rules. Electrical service may be reconnected, the following day prior to show opening, at Exhibitor s expense. In addition to decibel measurements, Reed Exhibitions reserves the right to determine an Exhibitor s compliance with or violation of these sound level restrictions. We ask that each Exhibitor monitor their own booth to ensure a professional atmosphere on the show floor for all Exhibitors and attendees. 20. NO CAMERA POLICY Personal use cameras and video taping equipment are strictly prohibited in all exhibit areas. Authorized press personnel and photographers must register for PGA Fashion and Demo Experience badges in the Media Center. If you plan to photograph your booth using someone other than the Official Show Photographer, you must make arrangements through the Media Center. 21. NO SMOKING POLICY The PGA Fashion and Demo Experience has a NO SMOKING policy for all exhibit areas at all times, including concourses, restrooms, concession stands and restaurant areas, and requests the cooperation of all Exhibitors and attendees. Venetian Hotel-Resort-Casino has a NO SMOKING policy in all exhibit areas during move-in and move-out. 22. RESTRICTIONS FOR EXHIBITORS USE OF PGA TRADEMARKS No Exhibitor, excluding PGA licensees, PGA / PGA Tour Properties licensees, or PGA sponsors, strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of their agreements with The PGA of America, shall use either the name, The Professional Golfers Association of America, the initials, PGA, the PGA logo, the name PGA Fashion and Demo Experience, PGA Merchandise Show, the name or logo of any PGA event, or the name of any PGA owned subsidiary (collectively referred to as the Trademarks ) either on sample goods, give-away goods, resale goods, custom booth signage, advertising material, pamphlets or in any other form or descriptions whatsoever.

13 The Trademarks are federally registered trademarks owned by The Professional Golfers Association of America. No person or entity may use the Trademarks in any manner unless pursuant to license or sponsor agreements with The PGA specifically granting use of the Trademarks. The 2015 PGA Fashion and Demo Experience Application & License Agreement for Exhibition Participation IS NOT a license or sponsor agreement. Exhibitors who wish to enter into license or sponsor agreements with The PGA should contact the Marketing Services Department at PGA of America headquarters in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Exhibitors who are discovered to be in violation of the Trademark policy will be immediately. Pursuant to Section 1H of the Rules & Regulations Handbook, Exhibitor must change, alter, modify or remove any or all parts of the display which are in violation of PGA s Trademark policy. Exhibitors who refuse to comply will be required to leave the show premises. PGA also reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies available in accordance with applicable federal trademark laws. 23. AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING Air conditioning and / or heating in the VENETIAN is provided during show days and hours only. 24. FACILITY LIGHTING Lighting in the VENETIAN is provided at 50% on move-in and move-out days. Lighting is provided at 100% on show days, August 18-19, 2015, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (4:00 p.m. on 8/20/13). For rules and regulations regarding theatrical lighting, see Section 25 of the Rules & Regulations Handbook. 25. THEATRICAL LIGHTING AND EFFECTS Hanging independent theatrical lighting systems, attached to the facility from overhead, are permitted ONLY by island exhibits of 400 square feet or larger. Island exhibits of 400 square feet or larger wishing to hang lighting systems will be required to submit a rigging plot diagram, no later than July 17, 2015, to: Reed Exhibitions 2015 PGA Fashion and Demo Experience Operations Manager - Matt Luke 383 Main Avenue Norwalk, CT The rigging plot diagram should include a scaled drawing, indicating the hanging point locations, the weight to be hung at each rigging point, and the total weight of the lighting system overall, including truss systems and lighting fixtures. The maximum allowable distance from the floor to the top of the lighting system is twenty (20) feet. No other hanging objects will be permitted, INCLUDING HANGING SIGNS OF ANY KIND, whether electrically illuminated or not. Self-supported lighting systems, in the booth, or instruments attached to the exhibit, must not exceed the applicable booth height restriction. Lighting instruments, regardless of the type, must be focused within your booth. Projecting beams or images outside your booth, in aisles or against the facility ceiling or beams, is not permitted. Use of fog (chemical or dry), bubbles, confetti, snow or other free floating effects is not permitted. 26. CABLE AND SATELLITE BROADCASTING All requests for cable broadcasting and satellite up linking / down linking must be submitted, in writing, to Reed Exhibitions no later than August 7, Cable broadcasting and satellite up linking / down linking are subject to Reed Exhibitions approval, which may be granted or denied at Reed Exhibitions sole discretion. Any expense involved is the sole responsibility of exhibitor requesting service(s). 27. SALE, DELIVERY OF GOODS, AND PRODUCT REMOVAL FROM FACILITY Retail sales of merchandise during The PGA Fashion and Demo Experience are strictly prohibited. Retail sale means any sale, other than bona fide commercial sale, for resale at a later time and place. The sale of sample goods is strictly prohibited except to bona fide commercial buyers for resale at a later time and place. Any such sample goods are to be delivered ONLY after the conclusion of The PGA Fashion and Demo Experience and must be accompanied by the Exhibitor s bill of sale for verification by security personnel. Violation of this provision subjects Exhibitor to cancellation of its exhibit space without refund. Removal, sale and / or delivery of merchandise prior to the conclusion of The PGA Fashion and Demo Experience at 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 18, 2015 is strictly prohibited. Should Exhibitor wish to exchange soiled, worn or damaged floor samples for fresh merchandise, product release forms must be obtained from the designated property check points, completed by Exhibitor and submitted to security personnel at the exit with the merchandise to be exchanged. 28. LEGAL DISPUTES Reed Exhibitions can not and will not intervene in any Legal Disputes between Exhibitors and/or attendees. Legal Disputes is defined as any action in litigation; pending litigation, contemplated litigation; inclusive of, but not limited to, disputes arising from: patent infringement claims, trademark infringement claims, copyright infringement claims, unfair competition claims (i.e., unfair trade practices, comparative advertising, misleading or deceptive advertising, misrepresentation, etc.), breach of contract claims, tortious interference claims, defamation claims or any other claims which may be brought as an action at law in the

14 United States or throughout the world. Only bona fide court orders, properly served on Reed Exhibitions, mandating Reed Exhibitions to take action, will enable Reed Exhibitions to act in exact accordance with the terms of such order. COURT ORDERS SERVED UPON EXHIBITORS CAN NOT AND WILL NOT BE ENFORCED BY REED EXHIBITIONS. Only the court issuing such order is empowered to enforce such order. Court orders mandating a court appointed official to carry out a court order at The PGA Fashion and Demo Experience will be carried out by such court appointed officials, NOT BY REED EXHIBITIONS. For the service of court orders at show site, Reed Exhibitions will require the following procedures be followed to minimize the potential of a disturbance and to continue the smooth operation of the show: A. All court orders must be presented to Reed Exhibitions prior to serving any show Exhibitor with such order. If court officials are serving court orders, the court officials will also be required to report to Show Management prior to obtaining permission to enter the show floor for the purpose of serving show Exhibitors. B. Reed Exhibitions reserves the right to accompany an Exhibitor, agent or representative (or court appointed official) who is serving court orders upon Exhibitors. Only one agent / representative from the company serving the court order will be allowed to serve other Exhibitors. No other company agents or representatives will be allowed to disturb other Exhibitors or enter other Exhibitors booths for any purpose consistent with show rules and regulations. C. Service of court orders must be accomplished in a professional, businesslike manner. In the event an Exhibitor or an agent / representative of an Exhibitor serves a court order other than as prescribed herein, Reed Exhibitions reserves the absolute right to escort the offending Exhibitor, agent or representative from the premises, reclaim the persons PGA show badge and refuse entry into the show exhibit areas for the duration of the show. In the event the procedures set forth herein are not followed by an Exhibitor, Reed Exhibitions reserves the absolute right to deny offending Exhibitor from obtaining space at future PGA golf exhibitions. Exhibitors who unreasonably request, demand, harass or in any way attempt to persuade Reed Exhibitions to act in any manner which is contrary to and inconsistent with the policy stated herein, may be either removed from The PGA Fashion and Demo Experience at Reed Exhibitions sole discretion, or may be denied the ability to exhibit at future PGA golf exhibitions at Reed Exhibitions sole discretion. Reed Exhibitions encourages all Exhibitors to handle Legal Disputes either prior to or subsequent to The PGA Fashion and Demo Experience. The PGA Fashion and Demo Experience is an inappropriate forum for such disputes to take place. 29. USE OF IMAGE / LIKENESS / EXHIBITOR NAME / EXHIBITOR LOGO Exhibitor, Exhibitor s employees, agents and representatives irrevocably consent to be identified, photographed, recorded, video recorded and grants to Reed Exhibitions, its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns and licensees, the right in perpetuity to use only photographs, recordings and / or video tapes which may contain the image, likeness, name or logo of Exhibitor for the promotion of future trade shows operated by Reed Exhibitions in any and all media throughout the world. 30. USE OF COPYRIGHTED MUSIC Exhibitor acknowledges that Exhibitor shall be solely responsible to obtain all applicable licenses from ASCAP, BMI, and / or any other music licensing agency or directly from the copyright owner in the event Exhibitor uses copyrighted music in connection with Exhibitor s exhibit at The PGA Fashion and Demo Experience. Reed Exhibitions shall not obtain any such licenses or authorizations on behalf of Exhibitor. 31. UNAUTHORIZED MERCHANDISE A. Reed Exhibitions expressly prohibits the unauthorized sale, display and / or exhibition of merchandise which violates any registered trademark rights, copyright rights, and / or any rights in a person(s) or entity s name, likeness and / or identity. B. Reed Exhibitions shall provide notice to the Exhibitor in the event it is brought to Reed Exhibitions attention and verified to Reed Exhibitions objective satisfaction that an Exhibitor violates any of the rights identified in subparagraph A above. Reed Exhibitions reserves the right to ask Exhibitor to produce appropriate documentation verifying that Exhibitor has the right or license to sell the merchandise. In the event Exhibitor cannot produce such documentation, Exhibitor shall be required to remove the Unauthorized Merchandise from Exhibitor s booth immediately. C. Reed Exhibitions expressly reserves the right to terminate the Application & License Agreement immediately and remove Exhibitor from the show upon Exhibitor s failure to comply with the terms set forth in subparagraph B above. 32. ANIMALS IN THE VENETIAN Only service animals and/or service animals in training are permitted on VENETIAN premises.

15 FREEMAN fire safety regulations LAS VEGAS FIRE SAFETY REGULATIONS NOTICE: SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN EXHIBIT AREAS DURING MOVE-IN AND MOVE-OUT DUE TO THE ACCUMULATION OF COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS. 1. ALL MATERIALS USED IN CONSTRUCTION AND DECORATION OF AN EXHIBIT MUST BE FLAME RETARDANT. Fabrics must be certified as flame retardant or a sample must be available for testing. Materials which cannot be treated to meet the requirements may not be used. 2. ALL EXITS AND EXIT AISLES MUST BE KEPT CLEAR AND UNOBSTRUCTED. No furniture, signs, easels, chairs or displays may protrude into aisles. 3. DESIGNATED NO FREIGHT AISLES MUST BE MAINTAINED CLEAR OF CRATES AND EXHIBIT MATERIALS DURING MOVE-IN AND MOVE-OUT. These aisles are required for emergency access throughout the hall and to expedite freight and empty crate moving. 4. ALL EMPTY CARTONS OR CRATES MUST BE LABELED AND REMOVED FOR STORAGE OR THEY WILL BE REMOVED AS TRASH. Crates are not to be used as exhibit supports. 5. ALL FIRE HOSE RACKS, FIRE EXTINGUISHERS, STROBE LIGHTS AND EMERGENCY EXITS MUST BE VISIBLE AND ACCESSIBLE AT ALL TIMES. This includes fi re protection equipment located within exhibits. Exits and exit signs must not be covered by drapes nor obscured from view by exhibit components. 6. EXHIBITORS WHO INTEND TO DISPLAY A VEHICLE WITHIN THE CONFINES OF THEIR EXHIBIT BOOTH MUST OBTAIN A VEHICLE DISPLAY PERMIT FROM THE CLARK COUNTY FIRE MARSHAL. The Application for Permit is available online at re.co.clark.nv.us/files/pdfs/permitappl.pdf. Vehicles on display must have fuel filler caps locked or sealed to prevent escape of vapors and to avoid tampering. Vehicles shall not be fueled or refueled within the building. Fuel in the tank shall not exceed 1/4 of the tank capacity or 5 gallons, whichever is less. Batteries must be disconnected. Auxiliary batteries not connected to engine starting system may be left connected. No leaks underneath vehicles. At least 36 clear access or aisles must be maintained around the vehicle. Vehicles must be a minimum of 20 feet from exit of door or exit pathway. External chargers are recommended for demonstration purposes. Please refer to the Clark County Fire Department s Display of Motor Vehicles Guidelines: re.co.clark.nv.us/files/pdfs/displaymotorvehiclesassembly.pdf EXCEPTION: Permits are not required at the Las Vegas Convention Center; however, vehicles that use compressed gas are prohibited. Vehicles containing multiple batteries will need prior approval from the LVCVA Safety Office. Please refer to the Building Users Manual: 7. COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS MUST NOT BE STORED BENEATH DISPLAY VEHICLES. Space beneath vehicles must be clear and visible except for permitted electrical supplies. 8. VEHICLES IN BUILDING FOR UNLOADING MUST NOT BE LEFT WITH ENGINE IDLING. Exhaust gases present extreme hazards to workers on catwalks. If engine cannot be shut down, vehicle must be removed from the building as quickly as possible. 9. NO STORAGE OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED BEHIND BOOTHS OR NEAR ELECTRICAL SERVICE. Materials for hand-outs must be limited to one day supply and stored neatly within the booth. Violators will be notified and if not removed by show opening, Official Service Contractor will remove and store at EXHIBITOR S EXPENSE.

16 10. ALL 110 VOLT EXTENSION CORDS SHALL BE THREE-WIRE (GROUNDED), #14 OR LARGER AWG, COPPER WIRE. ALL CONNECTIONS MUST BE SUPPORTED AND SECURE. Two wire, Zip Cords are not permitted other than factory installed appliance connectors; these may not exceed six (6) feet in length and must be UL approved. 11. CUBE TAP ADAPTERS ARE PROHIBITED (UNIFORM FIRE CODE ). MULTI-PLUG CONNECTORS MUST BE UL APPROVED WITH BUILT-IN OVERLOAD PROTECTION. Connectors must not be used to exceed their listed ampere rating. 12. ELECTRICAL WORK UNDER CARPETS OR FLOORING MUST BE INSTALLED BY THE OFFICIAL ELECTRICAL SERVICE PROVIDER. All cords must be fl at, three conductor, #14 AWG or larger. 13. ALL TEMPORARY WIRING MUST BE ACCESSIBLE AND FREE FROM DEBRIS AND STORAGE MATERIALS. Hard backed booths must have power supplies dropped within the booth. LAS VEGAS FIRE SAFETY REGULATIONS (continued) 14. FLAMMABLE OR COMBUSTIBLE LIQUIDS ARE PROHIBITED INSIDE OF BUILDINGS EXCEPT AS APPROVED BY THE OFFICE OF FIRE PROTECTION AND SAFETY. Flammable thinners, solvents and paints, including aerosol cans are strictly prohibited within the building. 15. COMPRESSED GAS CYLINDERS, INCLUDING LPG, ARE PROHIBITED UNLESS APPROVED BY OFFICE OF FIRE PROTECTION AND SAFETY. Flammable gases, i.e.: butane, propane, natural gas, et al; are subject to prior approval. Non-fl ammable compressed gas cylinders must be secured in an upright position with gauges and regulator protected against physical damage. CERTAIN HALOGEN LAMPS HAVE BEEN BANNED AT THE MANDALAY BAY CONVENTION CENTER, THE LAS VEGAS CONVENTION CENTER AND CASHMAN CENTER. Halogen lamps at the Las Vegas Convention Center and Cashman Center are limited to 75 watts and must be of the sealed variety, which prevents direct handling of the bulb. Complete regulations are available online at: Halogen lighting policy at Mandalay Bay Convention Center covers restrictions on stem mounted halogen lighting provided by display contractors and exhibitors for the temporary lighting of exhibit booths. The use of any stem mounted halogen or other fixtures employing a non-shielded halogen bulb is not allowed. In addition, conventional track lighting systems that use any of the approved types of halogen bulbs and that are securely mounted to stable exhibit structures will continue to be allowed. Approved halogen bulbs include: MR 11/16 Covered - Low Wattage, MR 16 Covered - Line Voltage and PAR 14, 16, 20, 30 and 48.
