3 Funding your claim Our initial consultations are free of charge. Once we understand what s happened we can advise you on the best way to proceed, including how to fund your claim. If appropriate, we may be able to represent you under a conditional fee agreement - no win, no fee - so that we only get paid at the successful conclusion of your claim, usually by the insurers of the other party. If you have legal expenses insurance, remember that in serious cases you have the freedom to choose your own solicitor and don t have to accept a solicitor from the insurer s panel.
