If appropriate we will act for you on a no win no fee basis, so if your claim is unsuccessful you pay nothing. What about rehabilitation and treatment We are worrying about finances, can you help with this? Rehabilitation and treatment are our number one priority, this is what helps the injured person with their recovery following an accident and therefore this area is our main focus. If the waiting list on the NHS is not satisfactory or the rehabilitation and treatment is not available on the NHS, we will request funding for the recommendations to take place on a private basis. In our first letter to the party we are holding responsible for the accident, we can request an interim payment or at any stage throughout the claim when money is required. If the party responsible agrees to release a payment, this can be used to cover loss of earnings, medical treatment or in some cases, changes to your home or even moving home. 5 Neurotrauma Team Neil Fearn, Adrian Fawden and Emma Costin are Partners in our Neurotrauma team. - Neil qualified as a Solicitor nearly 20 years ago, and has since dedicated his working life to helping injured people and their families through the difficulties they face following an accident. Neil is included in Headway The brain injury association Head Injury Solicitors Directory and also CBIT UK Legal Services Directory and splits his time between the Leeds and Sheffield offices. On a personal note, Neil is married with three daughters aged seven, five and two so understands the dynamics of family life, how hectic this can be and the importance of having your family unit around you. - Adrian qualified over 21 years ago and has worked to support those who have suffered injuries as the result of an accident as well as their families for much of his career. In 2006 Adrian spent six months in Vancouver on a working sabbatical in a law firm specialising in closed head injuries. He has experience in traumatic brain injury claims, rehabilitation including the Smart treatment and the difficulties faced by the families of those suffering from a severe head injury, particularly children and young people. Adrian is married with two children.
