2 Key Capabilities Silver Light / WCF based rich internet application (RIA), which eases deployment and accessibility. Complete read only access to avoid support people making changes. Various dashboards to assist support people. Integrated basic BAM Portal Enhanced view for platform settings objects like BizTalk Host, BizTalk Server etc. Ability to see SQL server object that are related to BizTalk group (ex: Jobs, database data/log sizes etc.) in a single location. Advanced Event Viewer, to query all the events across the servers in the BizTalk group. Topology view provides the physical network architecture of the BizTalk group. Pulse monitoring provides a graphical representation of number of message received and sent at application level (Optional) Rich Query capabilities to analyse suspended and running BizTalk service instances. 3 BizTalk Group Dashboard BizTalk group dashboard provides the centralized view of the health of the entire BizTalk environment. It allows the support person to visualize the health of the environment from a single location, which includes: Highlights the suspended service instances count and last suspended time Artifacts are colour coded based on their state (red/green) Ability to drill down into details from the dashboard.

4 Application Dashboard BizTalk application dashboard provides the centralized view of the health of the BizTalk application. It allows the support person to visualize the health of the application from a single location, which includes: State of all the Receive Ports/Locations, Send Ports and Orchestrations Highlights the suspended instances count and last suspended time stamp at application level. State of the host instances health relevant to the application.

5 BizTalk Server Dashboard BizTalk server dashboard displays some of the key information like How the server is been utilized, whether for sending, receiving, processing or tracking. List of host instances configured on the server. Displays whether IIS is configured on the server. Last 50 events from the event viewer in the server.

6 SQL Server Dashboard SQL server dashboard displays some of the key information (relevant to BizTalk configuration) like Databases configured with data/log file sizes, and auto growth setting. SQL Jobs and their current state. Key properties like cluster configuration.

7 Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) Portal Integrated BAM portal allows the support people to view the BAM views and search activities within the BAM views from a single location. The rich query builder with column selection and order by capability provides easier access to BAM data. The portal also provides capabilities to see BAM view user permission and BAM activities archive time window settings.

8 Query Service Instances Query service instances facility allows support people to query for running and suspended service instances. Core functionalities includes Rich Query builder. Capable of opening multiple queries Two views, one at group level and one at application level Easily add and remove columns

9 Advanced Event Viewer Advanced Event Viewer allows support people to query (using the rich query interface) the windows event viewer across all the servers in the BizTalk group (both BizTalk and SQL) from a single location. This helps to diagnose problems quickly, and also avoids giving direct permission for the support people for each server.

10 Topology (BizTalk Group) Topology view provides the physical network topology of the BizTalk group. It pulls all the BizTalk servers and SQL servers configured for the group and plot the diagram dynamically. It also highlights the characteristics (Application server, Web Server, Database server etc) of each server.

11 Host Dashboard BizTalk Host dashboard displays some of the key information like Host Instances configured for the Host. Host throttling settings. Host Container View: This makes it easier to visualize what s running inside the host and each artifacts state.

12 Object Explorer The object explorer provides rich navigation tree with context sensitive icons. Fully asynchronous implementation helps avoids blocking user interface.

13 Administration Interface Administration interface provides capabilities to add/remove/manage BizTalk groups. It also allows admin person to set the data purging policies.
