Our Healthcare Administration Program was launched in the Fall Semester 2008, with our first graduates emerging in the Winter Semester of There were two students in that cohort and both were admitted to the prestigious University of Minnesota MHA Program. We have not administered a comprehensive assessment of all graduates, but an Alumni Assessment Questionnaire has been developed and is attached below. We have received what we perceive to be pertinent feedback from two sources (1) periodic communication from some of our graduates, and (2) Program Directors of Master s Degree Programs in Healthcare Administration which have admitted our graduates. This feedback, to date, has been largely informal and anecdotal. It is available in an attached file for review by interested parties. Improvement Plan 1. Administer the Alumni Assessment Questionnaire and assess the feedback derived therefrom. Based on those feedback data, we will formulate a meaningful plan of improvement to address pertinent issues. 2. Continue to solicit feedback from our graduates, including two distinct groups:
3 a. Those who have entered the workforce with their Bachelor s Degree, and b. Those who have chosen to pursue graduate (MHA) studies.
