Our goal is to become a national name in retirement, opening in all cities and towns in South Africa. Our vision is to help people make the most of their well-deserved retirement years. All our lodges accommodate residents according to their needs, from independent living to frail care. We also offer various recreational and physical activities to ensure there is always something to look forward to! We are expanding on an annual basis. Our aim is to help retirees keep their independence for as long as possible, but still provide the peace of mind that their daily needs are taken care of. All our staff members are qualified, caring and hardworking individuals. We employ people with a passion for people!

3 WHAT IS OCCUPANCY RIGHTS? Occupancy rights means you have purchased the right to occupy a specific unit for the remainder of your life. Although we use terms such as buying and selling, there is no purchase of actual property. The unit s purchase price is calculated on the market-related selling price of the property. This pre-determined amount can also be seen as a lifetime of rent paid upfront. You will need to pay a deposit to secure the unit and the outstanding amount will be due when occupancy commences. There are no transfer duties or registration fees to be paid. Please remember however that the unit itself is not an investment or asset and cannot be left to other family members in your will. But when the unit is resold, a market-related percentage (of the unit s current selling price) will be paid back which is determined on a sliding scale depending on the duration of occupancy. Monthly levies for nursing care and meals still have to be paid.

5 HOW WILL MY REFUND BE CALCULATED? UPON TERMINATION A PORTION OF YOUR INVESTMENT IS REFUNDED TO YOU! When your Residence is vacated for whatever reason, a portion of the OCCUPANCY FEE will be payable to the Resident. This is based on the current selling price of the unit and is paid when the unit is re-sold. Percentage refunds shown below: 90 % refund 1 12 months 80 % refund months 70 % refund months 60 % refund months 50 % refund 49 months onwards
