13 Franchise Arrangements The course owner in the student finance systems does the admin work. Franchise colleges proximate to the student, and therefore fees transfer is offline University applies central management and gets fees directly HEFCE data-sharing & reconciliation Consider UCAS data-sharing Colleges views Directly funded margin places Single course provision to meet multiple franchise arrangements.
