2 Advertising Guidelines - Malaysia Advertising Guidelines The integrity of Herbalife's Sales and Marketing Plan, and legalities, make it necessary for us to inform you about some important rules and policies regarding advertising and promotion of the Herbalife products and opportunity. Your identity must always be clearly stated. Mail order, direct response and on-line advertisements must provide your verifiable, permanent address. Herbalife logos and/or trademarks cannot be used in your advertising without Herbalife's prior written authorization. Product advertisements may be published under the following headings: beauty, fitness, skin care, miscellaneous. Do not publish them under health or medical headings. Distributors are responsible for complying with all local laws and ordinances when advertising or promoting the products and/or business opportunity. Business Opportunity and Recruitment Advertising Distributor may not imply that a job is being offered. The "Employment Opportunity" or "Position Vacant" categories in media advertising cannot be used. It should always be clear that an independent business opportunity is being offered.
