3 Overview Our goal with the Agency Opportunity is for Focus Insurance to grow its team of agents. We want to give experienced insurance agents the opportunity to grow their book of business with our assistance. We have a pre-formatted business model, which gives our agents a proven roadmap to success. Additionally, we offer contract help, customer service, and cutting-edge technology. This opportunity is geared toward captive agents or small agencies unable to grow their business because of: Customer service issues Inefficient technologies Lack of competitive contracts In order for an agent to be considered, we would prefer the following: A minimum of 3 years experience in the P&C business Agent carries his/her own E&O license. Agent has set up a premium trust account. Agent owns a computer with high speed internet. 1

4 Broker Commission Option 1: For Agents/Agencies That Need Customer Service 65% split on P&C and 80% split on Life & Health Includes: CSR s that handle all changes; make payments, fix underwriting issues, cross-sell accounts, and much more. Full time receptionist from 8:30-5pm CST 24/7 access to our state-of-the-art technology which includes electronic signature allowing for quick and efficient sales. Our CSR s take pride in handling your client s questions, payment inquiries, and policy information updates. They are also required to contact each cancellation and re-quote every renewal in order to offer additional lines of insurance. 14 Book Ownership/Buyout All agents will have ownership of everything they sell, which means that in the event that an agent chooses to leave Focus, the agent may take his/her clients with him/her. Because Focus invests a lot of time and resources in each agent and agency, an agent that chooses to leave Focus, will then reimburse Focus 35% of one year of commission in the form of a book transfer fee.
