23 Offices of French Pacific Communities (NC - WF - FP) Staff : 1 head of office; 1or 2 technician and 1 administrative staff Means and facilities: - No fixed systems (too much expensive) - Few or no mobile facilities like car equipped with full kit of measurement devices - Portable measurement devices: Spectrum analyzer (100kHz to 8GHz); Radio receivers (10kHz 3GHz), TV measurers (Analog, DVB-T DVB-S - Support of DTCS expertise time to time (every 2 years / 2 weeks with 3 technical experts in a field function of needs 23
