Please go to for further details. Reed MIDEM guarantees the best preferential rates and conditions of reservation in all partner hotels, with the largest choice of hotels in Cannes. At the request of the Cannes Hotels Union, reservations are subject to the following conditions which Reed MIDEM will apply: Minimum stay policy. A 3 nights minimum stay is applied by all Cannes hotels for all stays including Monday 9,Tuesday 10 or Wednesday 11 March. The minimum stay applied will be charged for any date changes made after MONDAY 16 FEBRUARY. Cancellation & modification policy. For all cancellations made before MONDAY 16 FEBRUARY, one (1) night deposit amount will be forfeited. Any cancellations made after this date will mean full deposit forfeit. Any reduction to your initial reservation made after MONDAY 16 FEBRUARY will incur penalties by the hotel. Deposit policy. All deposit payments are to be made exclusively to hotels. For all questions pertaining to deposit payment, please contact the hotel directly. Reed MIDEM will not be liable for any subsequent room price increase as a result of deposit payment failure. Online reservations.your reservation is confirmed once the payment is validated by the hotel. Please contact the hotel five (5) working days after your reservation has been made in order to ensure it is secured. Additional credit card information may be required by the hotel in order to proceed with credit card debiting. Off-line reservations. Deposit payment must be made directly to the hotel within 10 working days of your reservation being made. Reservations will be automatically cancelled otherwise. Any increase of VAT will be added without prior notice. The participant is asked not to install any type of video or electro-acoustic reproduction equipment in hotel rooms or suites. Anyone discovered to have done so, will be requested to remove such equipment by the management of the hotel immediately. ALL DATE MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS MUST BE COMMUNICATED DIRECTLY TO REED MIDEM.
