PAUL AND ALICE PETERSON ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP FUND FOR FINANCIALLY CHALLENGED INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS An endowed scholarship awarded to students in the Doctor of Chiropractic program on any Palmer campus who are international students who have demonstrated outstanding financial need. DR. PAUL AND ALICE PETERSON ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP FUND FOR FINANCIALLY CHALLENGED U.S. STUDENTS An endowed scholarship awarded to students in the Doctor of Chiropractic program on any Palmer campus who have demonstrated outstanding financial need. DR. PAUL AND ALICE PETERSON ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP FUND FOR VISUALLY IMPAIRED STUDENTS An endowed scholarship awarded to students in the Doctor of Chiropractic program on any Palmer campus who preferably have a visual handicap meeting the legal definition of being blind. DR. WILLIAM J. AND MARY A. KIERNAN ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP FUND An endowed scholarship awarded to a full-time student in the Doctor of Chiropractic program on any Palmer campus who are residents of Massachusetts or New Hampshire with financial need. MIRACLES FOR MILITARY A gift scholarship awarded to students in the Doctor of Chiropractic or Chiropractic Technologist program on any of the Palmer campus' who is enrolled full-time in good standing with U.S. Veteran status. THE STANDARD PROCESS CAMPUS GIFT SCHOLARSHIP A gift scholarship awarded to a full-time Doctor of Chiropractic student in good standing on the any of the Palmer Campuses with a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA who can provide a list of contributions to the chiropractic profession to the college and/or to the community as well as a letter of recommendation and an essay ( words) addressing the topic provided by Standard Process: The whole food philosophy of Standard Process was developed in 1929 by the company s founder Dr. Royal Lee who believed the best sources of vitamins and minerals are found in whole foods. Please provide three reasons (with supporting information) why you believe that eighty-five years later nutritional supplementation is more important than ever.

2 DAVENPORT, IOWA, CAMPUS ADMISSIONS HOMECOMING GRANT A drawing at Homecoming determines the recipient of this institutional grant. DR. CLARENCE R. WILL MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP An endowed scholarship awarded to a full-time student in good academic standing in the Doctor of Chiropractic program on the Davenport campus. Financial need is the primary determinant; preference to 1)Michigan residents or 2) planning to practice in the state of Michigan or 3) entering 5 th tri/above with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher and have demonstrated involvement in Palmer College activities. DR. EDWARD C. STEVENS (NEBRASKA STATE) ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP An endowed scholarship awarded to a full-time student in good academic standing in the Doctor of Chiropractic program on the Davenport campus. Applicant must be from the state of Nebraska. DR. FRANK E. & DOROTHY H. BEMIS ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP campus who are residents of Illinois with a minimum 3.0 GPA and plan to practice in Illinois. DR. FRANK SARTZ DC ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP An endowed scholarship awarded to prospective students in the Doctor of Chiropractic program on the Davenport campus with a 2.75 GPA and to those who submit an outstanding essay. DR. GEORGE E. O. AND TABEA MOELLENDORF MEMORIAL ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP An endowed scholarship awarded to a full-time Doctor of Chiropractic student on the Davenport Campus who has a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 with preference given to those students who are from WI. DR. LULU MCLEOD STEVENSON MEMORIAL ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP campus who demonstrate financial need as well as strong potential for chiropractic success. DR. STANLEY AND K.M. DALE MINORITY SCHOLARSHIP ENDOWMENT FUND An endowed scholarship awarded to students of a Minority ethnic group in the Doctor of Chiropractic program on the Davenport campus, preferably an African American student from the Milwaukee WI area. ARTHUR AND ESTHER MORK ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP FUND An endowed scholarship awarded to students who are a married couple both enrolled full-time in the Doctor of Chiropractic program on the Davenport campus with preference given to those couples in their 7th trimester or above and those who are U.S. citizens. ELMER WILLIAM FERGUSON ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP An endowed scholarship awarded to prospective students in the Doctor of Chiropractic program on the Davenport campus who demonstrate financial need as well as involvement in extra-curricular or oncampus organizations at their previous Undergraduate institution. G. RUSSELL NEASE ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP An endowed scholarship awarded to a student in the Doctor of Chiropractic program on the Davenport campus who is a resident of West Virginia. GAYLE MILLER CARPENTER MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP campus who are residents of Arkansas and plan to practice in Arkansas. HARRY J. ENGLE GIFT SCHOLARSHIP A gift scholarship awarded to students in the Doctor of Chiropractic program on the Davenport campus with a 3.0 GPA and demonstrated financial need as well as academic achievements. ITALY ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP FUND An endowed scholarship awarded to DC students on the Davenport campus who are Italian residents returning to Italy to practice; preference to students with financial need & high Palmer academic merit. INTERNATIONAL STUDENT GRANT An institutional grant given to all prospective international students. LEGACY GRANT An institutional grant awarded to students who were born to a Davenport Palmer alumnus. MICHIGAN CHIROPRACTIC FOUNDATION ENDOWED RECRUITMENT SCHOLARSHIP An endowed scholarship awarded to prospective students in the Doctor of Chiropractic program on any Palmer campus with a 2.75 GPA who are from Michigan. OLIVIA LYNN PYNE MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP An endowed scholarship awarded to a female student in the Doctor of Chiropractic program on the Davenport campus who has the heart of a philanthropist & a responsibility to make the world better. 4 PALMER COLLEGE BOOKSTORE GIFT SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is to provide a financial gift to a Palmer College of Chiropractic Davenport Campus student in good academic standing currently enrolled in either the ASCT program or the DC program to help cover the cost of their chiropractic books equipment and supplies. A brief essay is required on the topic the value of textbooks as a student and as a future reference in your practice. PALMER PRIDE GRANT An institutional grant awarded to prospective students participating in the Dual Degree Program. PCCIAA ALABAMA STATE ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP An endowed scholarship awarded to a student in the Doctor of Chiropractic program on the Davenport campus with a 2.25 GPA who is a resident of Alabama planning to return there for at least a year to practice with preference given to those who have a cumulative 3.0 GPA at Palmer. PCCIAA ARIZONA STATE ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP campus with a minimum 2.25 GPA who is a resident of Arizona with preference given to those with a 3.0 GPA at Palmer and involvement in extra-curricular and/or community service activities. PCCIAA BLACK STUDENT ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP campus of African American decent involved in community and/or other on/off campus organizations. PCCIAA CALIFORNIA STATE ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP campus with a minimum GPA of 2.25 who are a resident of California and plan to return to California to practice with preference given to those with a 2.5 GPA at Palmer and those who have demonstrated involvement in extra-curricular and/or community service activities. PCCIAA COLORADO STATE ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP campus with a min 2.25 GPA who are residents of CO; preference to those with 2.0/above Palmer GPA. PCCIAA CONNECTICUT STATE ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP An endowed scholarship awarded to students in the Doctor of Chiropractic program on either the Davenport or West Palmer campus who were a Connecticut resident prior to matriculation with preference given to students with a 2.25 Palmer established GPA. 5 PCCIAA FLORIDA ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP IN MEMORY OF DR. J.K. HENDRICKS JR. campus who are residents of Florida and plan to practice in Florida and have a 2.25 minimum GPA with preference given to students with an established Palmer GPA of at least PCCIAA GEORGIA STATE ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP campus with a minimum 2.25 GPA who were a permenant resident of Georgia prior to matriculation with preference given to students with an established Palmer GPA of 2.75 or above or those who have demonstrated involvement in extra-curricular and/or community service activities. PCCIAA ILLINOIS STATE ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP campus with a minimum 2.25 GPA who hail from Illinois and indicate a desire to practice in Illinois with preference given to those who have an established Palmer GPA of 2.0 or above. PCCIAA INDIANA STATE ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP campus with a minimum 2.25 GPA who hail from Indiana and plan to return to Indiana to practice with preference given to students with an established Palmer GPA of at least 2.5 or to those with demonstrated involvement in extra-curricular and/or community service activities. PCCIAA INTERNATIONAL ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS campus who come from countries outside the US and are a resident of the country from which they apply with a minimum 2.25 GPA and are enrolled in their last year of study at Palmer (8th 9th or 10th trimester). PCCIAA IOWA STATE ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP campus who hail from Iowa & plan to practice in IA with preference given to students with a 2.5 GPA or above & to those who have demonstrated involvement in extra-curricular activity &/or community service. PCCIAA KENTUCKY STATE ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP campus who are residents of Kentucky and plan to return to Kentucky to practice and have an established GPA at Palmer of at least a 3.4 with preference given to students with demonstrated involvement in extracurricular and/or community service activities. 6 PCCIAA LOUISIANA STATE ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP campus with a minimum 2.25 GPA who were residents of Louisiana prior to matriculation to Palmer and plan to return to Louisiana to practice. PCCIAA MAINE STATE ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP campus with a minimum 2.25 GPA who are residents of Maine and plan to return to Maine to practice with preference given to students with an established Palmer GPA of at least a 3.0 or to those students with demonstrated involvement in extra-curricular and/or community service activities. PCCIAA MASSACHUSETTS STATE ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP campus with a minimum 2.25 GPA who hail from Massachusetts and plan to return to Massachusetts to practice with preference given to students with an established Palmer GPA of at least a 2.5 or those students who have demonstrated involvement in extra-curricular and/or community activities. PCCIAA MICHIGAN STATE ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP campus with a minimum 2.25 GPA who are residents of Michigan and plan to return to Michigan to practice as well as are involved in the Michigan Club and PSAF with preference given to students with an established Palmer GPA of at least a 3.0 or those students who have demonstrated involvement in extracurricular and/or community service activities. PCCIAA MINNESOTA STATE ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP campus who are residents of Minnesota; preference given to students with a Palmer GPA of 2.25/above. PCCIAA NEW JERSEY STATE ENDOWED -JOSEPH P. MAZZARELLI DC MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP campus with a 2.25 GPA and who are who are preferably from New Jersey or involved in the NJ Club. PCCIAA NEW YORK STATE ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP campus with a min 2.25 GPA who plan to practice in New York; preference to students with 3.0/above Palmer GPA or with demonstrated involvement in extra-curricular and/or community service activities. 7 PCCIAA NORTH DAKOTA STATE ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP campus with a min 2.25 GPA who are residents of North Dakota & plan to return to ND to practice. PCCIAA OHIO STATE ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP campus with a 2.25 GPA who are residents of Ohio; a member of PSAF and plan to return to Ohio to practice with preference given to students who have an established Palmer GPA of at least 3.0 or to those students with demonstrated involvement in extra-curricular and/or community service activities. PCCIAA OKLAHOMA STATE ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP campus who were residents of Oklahoma prior to matriculation to Palmer with preference given to students with a minimum 2.25 GPA established at Palmer. PCCIAA OREGON STATE ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP campus with a 2.25 GPA who were residents of Oregon prior to matriculation. PCCIAA SOUTH CAROLINA STATE ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP campus with a min 2.25 GPA who are residents of South Carolina; preference to 2.7/above Palmer GPA. PCCIAA SOUTH DAKOTA CHAPTER ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP campus who are residents of South Dakota; preference to students with 2.25/above Palmer GPA. PCCIAA TENNESSEE STATE ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP campus with a minimum 2.25 GPA who are residents of Tennessee and plan to return to Tennessee to practice with preference given to those students with a Palmer established GPA of at least 2.5. PCCIAA TEXAS STATE ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP campus with a minimum 2.25 GPA who are residents of Texas and plan to return to Texas to practice with preference given to students with a Palmer established GPA of at least 2.5 or to those students who have demonstrated involvement in extra-curricular and/or community service activities. 8 PCCIAA WASHINGTON STATE ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP campus with min GPA from WA returning to WA to practice; preference to 3.0/above Palmer GPA. PCCIAA WISCONSIN STATE ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP campus who are residents or natives of Wisconsin and are involved in supporting Palmer College as well as the Chiropractic profession through various clubs and organizations. PRESIDENTIAL MERIT SCHOLARSHIP An institutional scholarship awarded to outstanding prospective students with a minimum 3.5 GPA. QUAD CITY BANK & TRUST ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP An endowed scholarship awarded to full-time Doctor of Chiropractic students on the Davenport Campus who are permanent residents of Scott County Iowa or Rock Island County Illinois with a minimum 2.5 GPA who are a member of a minority group with extreme financial need. THE DR. DAVID D. PALMER ATHLETIC TRUST ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP campus who have achieved a GPA of 3.0 or above and who has demonstrated outstanding academic achievement community or civic involvement merit or financial hardship. THE DR. RALPH COOK WOODS AND DR. RONALD W. WOODS EAGLE SCOUT ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP campus with a min 2.0 GPA who are Eagle Scouts & demonstrate involvement in community activities. THE DUNCAN J. CAMERON FAMILY FOUNDATION FUND GIFT SCHOLARSHIP A Gift scholarship given to a student on the Davenport Campus who is a full-time Doctor of Chiropractic female student with a minimum 2.5 GPA and is a non-traditional student. THE HENRY HIN KEUNG CHAN ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP FUND campus who are a resident of a Pacific Rim country. THE SALVADOR J. ABBATIELLO AND EDNA M. ABBATIELLO SCHOLARSHIP campus who demonstrate the need for financial aid and potential for chiropractic success with preference given to students who are either a New Jersey resident or express a commitment to practice in New Jersey. MARRIED STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP An institutional scholarship awarded to a married couple who were wed prior to matriculation and attending Palmer simultaneously at Palmer s San Jose Campus. PALMER PALOOZA GRANT An institutional scholarship awarded by a drawing to a student who attends a Prospective Student Event PCCIAA CONNECTICUT STATE ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP An endowed scholarship awarded to students in the Doctor of Chiropractic program on either the Davenport or West Palmer campus who were a Connecticut resident prior to matriculation with preference given to students with a 2.25 Palmer established GPA SIBLING SCHOLARSHIPS A scholarship awarded to siblings who are attending Palmer s San Jose Campus simultaneously.
