7 Emotional health and wellbeing Aim To improve and promote the positive emotional health and wellbeing of all children and young people Offer confidential, individualised support following Fraser and safeguarding guidelines Provide support in relation to emotional and behaviour issues and risk-taking Refer to specialist services as required Self harm Aim to reduce rates of self harm in young people

8 National Child Measurement Programme Aim To help support a reduction of obesity in children and young people and increase the number of children and young people maintaining a healthy weight Offer national child measurement programme screening for all reception and year 6 children Confidential drop in support at school Option of further support through the weight management and dietitian services
