Resulting of the wish... The Trip leads us to sweden, to our partner WINNET Europe, which is a profi in getting more chances for women by networking. Resulting of the wishes from women taking part in an other project we declared the intents of this project which are getting known of further topics like childcare, elderly, unemployment, gender mainstreaming and the organisation of local and regional networks we started to get a partnership with a Swedish networking partner. The ambition of the project is on the one side the increase of the willingness of mobility of local actors and to transport this experience into their daily work. On the other side we want to get known of new and innovative proposals and informations for project and activities to get a better integration and participation of women in the regional development. A mainly part of the targets at the project WIR is further the aspect of networking.
