2 ACADEMY SPRING 2016 is leading when it comes to guiding organisations in the area of Project Management, Product & Process Development and Reliability Engineering. A multidisciplinary team of experienced professionals develops and implements reliable, adequate and lasting solutions. also contributes to the development of your organisation and your employees at all levels. This ultimately leads to a successful implementation of the vision and strategies of our clients. Courses The courses are taught in close cooperation with leading universities: IBIS University of Amsterdam, TU-Delft, University of Stuttgart, University of Braunschweig and other reputable parties. For independent registration as well as in-company registration the goal is: customization following the need and strategy of your organization. Theory alternating with a healthy dose of practice, preferably from their own working situations. To ensure that the knowledge is retained the course is concluded with an examination and a practical assignment. User Groups The User Groups are a follow-up to the courses to exchange knowledge and practical experiences. Following a Six Sigma or Reliability training will give you a 1 year long free participation (4 x per year) to the User Groups. Questions and/or cases are to be handed in and studied in advance and will be discussed in the User Group. All with the aim of clear results in the projects! One Day Workshops These workshops are professional, intensive, one-day workshops during which a complete overview is given of the subject area. Interactive with various practical examples. Again, paired with some practical exercises to show the power of the methodologies for yourself! Innovation Workshops Every year organizes innovation workshops. The objective is to encourage open innovation, knowledge and experience exchange and the generation of new ideas and projects. These often arise on the junctions of markets and knowledge areas that are actively looked for. A joint search for a new product and/or process innovation, served with a helping of out of the box creativity.
