5 Keyboard Diagram: Keyboard contains 13buttons, functions are as follows: Power on/off Sauna Light Radio Time Setting Add Tune Temperature Setting Minus Volume Alarm Search/ Store channel Lock/unlock 5.2. Tune: when radio is on, press button, the LCD displays the MHz sign to enter into tune setting mode, press buttons, every press, the frequency increase or decrease by 0.1MHz, press for long time to enter auto channel searching mode Press button to 108MHz, and then to 87MHz. Similarly, press button to 87MHz, then to 108MHz Volume adjustment: When radio is on, press button to enter volume adjustment mode, press to incre ase or decrease the volume. The range is Auto search and store channels: when radio is on: Store channels, to choose the frequency and press button, which store the present frequency to the present channel position (0-15). LCD displays the corresponding channel number and frequency Read Channel: Without any setting, press or button to read the channels (stored ones). LCD displays the corresponding channel and frequency Auto Search Channel: Press for 2 seconds, system enter into auto search channel mode, the frequency scans from 87MHz to 108MHz, and store the received channels on the position from When during the tune setting or volume setting mode, if without pressing in 5 seconds, automatically quit the setting. 6. Alarm Function: 6.1. When any emergency happen, user can press button. The speaker will sound Du-Du Alarm. At the same time, the system will turn off sauna function, and open the ceiling light. 7. Lock/Unlock Function: 7.1. When system is on, press button for 0.5second to lock the keyboard, at the same time, the lock sign will flash on the LCD, but alarm function can be active. Press this key again for 0.5second, to unlock the keyboard When system is on, if without any pressing on the keyboard for 15 seconds, the system will automatically be locked, the sign will flash. Press this key again for 0.5 second to unlock the keyboard. 8. Remote Controller: This system can use remote controller to operate, even if the keyboard is locked..operation Instruction:.When active each function, the buzzer will sound Ding-Dong.. Power On/Off: 2.1. Press button, the system starts, ceiling light is on, and system is standby, other functions being open. Press button again to turn the system off Press any button to start the system, and press to turn off the system. 3. Light Function: 3.1. Light system contains ceiling light and back light When system is on, ceiling light is on (the color is white), press button to enter into magic working mode (color changes), press this button again, the ceiling is off. When ceiling light is working, the light sign is flashing on the LCD. 4. Sauna function: 4.1. When the system is on, press button, LCD display the sauna sign, automatically water intake. After water reaches the standard level, automatically turn off the water intake valve, and then heater starts to work. After reach the setting temperature, heater turns off automatically Time setting: default working time is 60 minutes, press button to adjust working time. Press button to adjust sauna time. At the same time, the LCD display the present time, the setting range is 1-90 minutes Temperature Setting: default temperature is 45 oc, press button to enter into temperature setting, press to adjust the temperature, at the same time, the LCD display the present temperature, the setting range is 25oC--60oC. 4.4 During the time setting, there is a clock sign flashes on LCD, if without pressing in 5 seconds, automatically quit the setting. 4.5 During the temperature setting, there is a sign flashes on LCD, if without pressing in 5 seconds, automatically quit the setting.. Self-Alarm of Malfunctions: 1. This system has already installed 4 different kinds of malfunction diagnostic. 2. Malfunctions as follows: 2.1. E0 Sensor Malfunction: When the room temperature sensor is in open circuit or short circuit, alarm malfunction EO E1 Malfunction 1with water feeding: Infuse water at first surpass 2 minutes, the water level doesn t reach the setting water level,alarm malfunction E1, infuse water compulsorily E2 Malfunction 2with water feeding: Infuse water surpass 5 seconds again, the water level doesn t reach the setting water level,alarm malfunction E2, stop electric heat in and infuse water continuously E3 Two different malfunctions will display E3 1. Load Fuse (3A sticker on the electrical box) burn up, at this time all light and fan turn off. 2. Surpass heat protect: After protect switch of electric heat breaks, alarm malfunction E3, other working process as follows; stop electric heat and infusing water 3 seconds---stop infusing water 10 seconds ---drain water 30 seconds-stop draining. After finishing the above process, and check the protect switch of electric heat weather it is closed or not, if it is closed and clear away the malfunction, and it gets into the normal sauna working, or repeat the above process By the working condition of spotlight to judge which malfunction happen when appear E3 When the system has above troubles, the buzzer will sound the voice do long times. 5. FM Digital Radio: The frequency range is 87MHz-108MHz, and the installed speaker is 8w When the system is on, press button to enter into radio mode, the frequency is the last used channel. press button again, the system turns off. 7 8

7 Trouble Shooting Precautions Never allow a child,a senile person or a disabled people to enter the top shower box alone. Never climb on the overhead shower box or hang heavy weight on it. To avoid damage to the overhead shower box,never use hard matter to rub or knock at it. To prevent fine or damage,never allow a burning cigarette to come near the bottom tray or cigarette ash to drop onto it. When you enter the overhead shower box,to avoid falling down,be careful with the height difference between the floor and the bottom tray. When you enter the overhead shower box,to avoid injury,never put you hand in the door gap. Soapsuds is usually present on the surface of the overhead shower box, be careful to avoid slip and fall. Maintain sufficient ventilation from the overhead shower box to prevent accumulation of moisture in it,giving rise to mildew breeding and abnormal odor. To clean the top shower box,use liquid neutral detergent and a piece of soft fabric.never use acidic or strong alkaline detergent.organic solvent such as thinner,alcohol,acetone, ammonia,household cleanser,etc or strong decontaminating agent is strictly prohibited. In case that scale is formed on the surface of the bottom tray,use a piece of soft cloth applied with a little toothpaste to wipe it off. If glass cement falls off,leaking of water is likely.so it is necessary to re-apply. Maintain the bottom tray clean to avoid blocking of the drain port by hairs,dirt,etc
