An accelerated program is available to those wishing to complete the course in a shorter time frame. Those who have a Certificate IV in Business (BSB40207) and/or industry experience will be highly regarded in the application process, however this is not mandatory. Requirements Students undertaking this course will need basic computer and English proficiency to a Year 12 level, or equivalent. Additionally access to a computer (Windows or Mac) with a reliable internet connection and latest browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari) is also required. 9 Course Outline The BSchool Diploma of Business course involves eight units that take you from ideation and creation to implementation of a new product in a virtual company. On the fi rst day of the course you become CEO of a large company that faces declining sales and needs to return to profi tability. Your task as CEO is to turn the company around, utilising the knowledge gained through each unit. Some of the core business principles you will learn during the BSchool foundation course include: marketing and product development, branding and communication, the power of digital marketing, leadership and recruitment, lean thinking and project management, fi nance, raising capital and innovation. The schedule of fees can be found at www. bschool.edu.au. Fees can be paid in total, via instalments or via Government accredited VET Fee-Help assistance. VET FEE Help This Diploma of Business is fully Government accredited and registered for VET Fee-Help assistance. VET Fee-Help Government Loan allows students commencing their studies with the BSchool to study now and pay later. VET Fee-Help is a student loan scheme for the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector that is part of the Higher Education Loan Program (HELP). VET Fee-Help assists eligible students undertaking certain VET courses of study (diploma, advanced diploma, graduate certifi cate and graduate diploma courses) with an approved VET provider, to pay for all or part of their tuition costs. A VET provider is a registered training organisation who has been approved by the Australian Government to offer VET Fee- Help assistance to their students.
