Those left behind who complain are; de factos (real and claimed), children (step, adopted, natural and sort of), spouses (of various kinds), the ATO and the SCT. It is time to explore the heavenly heart of super to understand the shape that can be had that can lead to heaven not hell. This session will include; That discovers the true current legal nature of what is superannuation; Which will scare you to the risks and exposures of super today; But will open up your thinking to what can truly be achieved; For blended marriages, dysfunctional relationships and important promises; And which will avoid or limit section 55 SIS Act risks for you; Achieving the only true binding super death benefits; and Enabling a supplementary brace and protect simple strategy.
