The Company has five areas of expertise; Financial Planning, Self-Managed Super Funds, Mortgage Advice, Property and Taxation.

Some of the main areas of advice we specialise in at SFR Planners include: Estate Planning, Insurance, and Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSF). In addition, SFR Planners is one of the few financial planning companies in Australia registered and authorised to provide taxation advice, which can be an integral part of many financial planning strategies. This may enable our clients to benefit from access to the extensive experience of SFR Planners in these areas. As the financial planning division of SFR Advisory, SFR Planners is able to draw upon the collective expertise of all other business divisions under the SFR umbrella. This enables our clients to access a range of specialist knowledge under one roof and receive the most appropriate advice given your personal situation. In the process of providing comprehensive financial advice we aim to provide our clients with financial education. We believe that knowledge further empowers our clients understanding of the financial strategies we utilise. This can lead to a greater understanding of these strategies and their implementation, which allows our clients to gain the most from their financial advice.

Where real estate agents are not able to provide personal property investment advice, SFRPIA is able to give you advice while taking into account your personal situation. SFR Property Professionals has licensed Real Estate and Business Agents, who are able to act on behalf of owners, buyers and tenants while providing expert assistance in the sale, purchase or management of a property. SFR Mortgage Advisers is a corporate authorised representative of SFR Planners. SFR Mortgage Advisers is able to guide you through the process of borrowing for a property, and ensure you receive advice on how to structure your home loan which best suits your overall financial situation. Mortgage Choice (Franchise) is an Authorised Credit Representative of Mortgage Choice Ltd (ACL ). As an authorised representative they are able to provide home loan advice and recommendations for residential, commercial, investment and personal loan products. advice. WD Hall Accounting Practice falls under the SFR Advisory banner and is located in Nhulunbuy on the Gove Peninsula in the Northern Territory. We may refer clients to WD Hall depending on their circumstances and location. 13 Version 32 Issued 4 th August 2015 Page 12 Scope of advice For the purpose of this FSG, this scope is restricted to SFR Planners Scope of Advices which are: Assess Financial Capital requirements Protection of Human Capital Debt Management Estate Planning Matters Converting Human Capital to Financial Capital Wealth Preservation Investment Advice Administration Services Taxation advice in Financial Planner Matters SFR Planners may provide a range of different services in relation to financial products, including Factual Information, such as details on how a financial product works; Nil Advice Execution, where you, the client instructs a certain course of action without taking advice; General Advice, which is advice not considered to be personal advice; and Personal Advice, which applies when your adviser is aware of details of your financial situation, needs or objectives and gives recommendations regarding a Financial Product. Scaled Advice, where the scope of the advice and the areas you wish us to advise on (e.g. new property purchase, investment strategy, financial health check) are directed and limited by you, the client.

We provide financial product advice for the following financial products: Deposit and payment products including basic deposit products, deposit products other than basic deposit products and non-cash payment products; Derivatives limited to old law securities options contracts; Debentures, stocks or bonds issued or proposed to be issued by a government; Life products including investment life Interests in managed investment schemes: investor directed portfolio services; Retirement savings accounts products (within the meaning of the Retirement Savings Account Act 1997); Securities; Superannuation, and Self Managed Superannuation Funds insurance products and life risk insurance products;

That is why, in keeping with our belief that everybody in the community should be able to access transparent financial advice, we have developed a special pensioner discount. This enables those who are 65 years of age or over, and meet certain criteria to receive a discount on their age based fee. (see page 19)

As with our age based advice we understand that there are common scaled advice scenarios that people may want advice in, where a whole financial plan covering every aspect of your life is Scaled advice is simply personal advice in relation not required. 20 Version 32 Issued 4 th August 2015 Page 19 Special Pensioner Discount For Age Based Financial Advice For people aged 65 and above, receiving an Age Pension, you may be eligible for a reduction in fees. This is dependent upon the proportion of the Age Pension you receive, Example: If you receive 80% of your Age Pension, your monthly fee would be reduced by $440(80% x $500) to a total of $330pm. with the minimum possible fee charged being $220 per month. If you receive 10% of your Age Pension, your monthly fee would be reduced by $55 (10% x $500) to a total of $715pm. What is included in my Age Based fee? We have determined four common areas of scaled advice known as modules, for which the prices listed below are indicative, however the final price will be determined on a case by case basis. Financial Health Check $1,155 Protection of Human Capital Assessment $2,195 Personal Property Investment Advice $1,755 Transition to retirement $2,195 Development of an Investment Strategy for SMSF $2,195 SMSF set-up and feasibility assessment $1,155 *All fees are inclusive of 10% GST All other scaled financial advice will be considered at the rate of $ per hour with a minimum of 3 hours, equating to a minimum charge of $1,155 for scaled advice inclusive of GST. Your fee for scaled financial advice includes advice relating to the areas in which you have specifically directed us.

Please be advised that once the Client Service Agreement has been signed, there is no pro rata fees rebate or refunds for termination within the year unless there is a major failure in the service provided.

We will explain to you any significant risks of investments and strategies that we recommend to you. If we do not do so, you should ask us for further clarification. Can I tell you how I wish to instruct you to buy or sell my investment? Yes. You may specify how you would like to give us instructions. For example, by telephone, fax, or other means. But in all cases we must receive a written confirmation of these instructions. Who may access the information I provide? SFRP is committed to implementing and promoting a privacy policy, which will ensure the privacy of your personal information. If you wish to receive a copy of our privacy policy please ask your adviser and they will provide it to you or it is available on our website.

You have a right to request for further information in relation to the remuneration, the range of amounts or rates of remuneration, and soft dollar benefits received by SFR Planners of our Authorised Representatives. You may request a copy of your Statement of Advice (SOA) or Record Can I request additional copies of my Statement of Advice or Record of Advice? of Advice (ROA) at any time. On an ongoing basis an ROA will be provided instead of an SOA if there have been no significant changes in your personal circumstances, or the basis of the advice has not significantly changed since your last SOA was provided.
