From time to time, the Council is asked to relax enforcement in a particular area to allow an event to take place, for example a funeral, or to undertake increased activity for a specific purpose. Marking these as specific services is a step towards evaluating their impact on our operations and will support any decision as to whether charges might be appropriate at some future date.
