Joined IBGC in August Previoulsy, Adriane has been in the Brazilian equity capital markets for 15 years as portfolio manager and equity analyst for institutions like Franklin Templeton, Bradesco Templeton and Banco Votorantim. She was a member of of the fiscal council of several companies and board member of the Brazilian Analysts Association. Agostinho Faria Cardoso is the Investor Relations Officer of Cemig. He has been working for the Company since 1985, with experience in Operations, Sales to Large Customers and Energy Trading and Energy Risk Management. He earned a degree in electrical engineering, and also has postgraduate qualifications in economic engineering; energy operations planning and expansion of electricity systems; specialization in electricity demand forecasting and a MBA in Business Management. Alberto E. Whitaker Graduated in Law and Business Administration. From 1964 to 1991 served as Executive Officer in highly regarded financial institutions; from 1991 to 2006, served as Chief Executive Officer of Belgian group SCR SIBELCO s Brazilian subsidiaries, having later served as Chairman of the Board; in 2006, became an officer at the São Paulo Art Museum. Alberto Ferreira Alexandre Bergamo Electronic Engineer with an MBA in International Management at FIA USP, BR, modules in Cambridge, UK, Lyon, FR, Vanderbilt, USA, Lingnan, China. Held several Senior Executive positions at Hewlett Packard, Managing Director at Berlitz BR, Operations Manager at Vivenda do Camarão Group, Partner at ACBGESTÃO Business Management Consulting firm. Alexandre Di Miceli da Silveira is Professor at School of Economics, Management and Accounting of University of São Paulo (FEA/USP), Executive Coordinator of CEG Center for Corporate Governance Research, and Vice-President of the Brazilian Society of Finance. He holds Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in Finance with grade Distinction and Honor for both thesis and has published 25 academic papers on corporate governance. Carlos Eduardo Lessa Brandão Civil Engineer with an MSc in Energy Planning, an Executive MBA and specialization in Corporate Governance and Sustainability. Former senior executive with extensive M&A experience. He was the Chief Knowledge Officer of the IBGC where he chairs the Sustainability Committee. Carlos Rocha Velloso Founding member and director, Brazilian Institute of Investor Relations (1997), and in charge of investors relations for Petrobras Distribuidora during eight years. Former member, Board of Directors of a major petrochemical company. A graduate in Business Administration, has postgraduate studies in Finance and Management (UFRJ/COPPEAD-RJ). Was Director of Alcoa Brazil, Santista Textil, Alpargatas and Usiminas. Former executive manager of Camargo Correa S.A. Presently is a director of a public company in the automotive industry, and Member of the Board of the São Paulo Chamber of Trade. Eliane Lustosa is the Chief Financial Officer of LLX Logistics SA since February, She holds a B.A. and am. A. in Economics and a PhD in Finance from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro PUC-RJ. Prior to joining LLX, Ms Lustosa was the VP & Chief Financial Officer of the Abril Group, one of the largest media group in Brazil, and the Executive CFO of Petros, the Petrobras Pension Fund. She also sat on the board of several companies, such as Perdigão, CPFL, Tele Norte Celular Participações and Coteminas.

3 Francisco Schmitt Executive with an extensive career across multiple industries including automation, electrical equipments, food, consumer products and services, reflecting 30 years of high-level business development and operations management experience. PhD in Business Administration from USP, Engineering BSc from UFRGS. Served as executive officer at several companies and as member of boards in listed and non-listed companies. Nowadays, he is IRO at Grendene, member of advisory board of a non-listed company and professor at UFRGS. Gisélia Silva Guilherme Camargo is founding owner and Director of Porto Forte S/A, a holding company which invests in FIDCs (Receivables Investment Funds). He holds a B.A. in Economics from UNICAMP, and worked for Procter & Gamble for five years in various finance positions. He is also a member of FIESP (São Paulo State Industry Federation), IBEF (Brazilian Finance Executives Institute) and IEE (Business Studies Institute Porto Alegre). Gustavo Grebler is an associate at Grebler Advogados. He holds a J.D. from UFMG, graduation in Economics and Law from FGV, and an L.LM from University of Pennsylvania. He has co-authored a book on Corporate Law, and belongs to the Exec. Committee of the Brazilian Investors Relations Institute, and to the Finance and Legal Committees of the IBGC. Maria Luiza Bueno Corporate Governance Consultant and member of the Corporate Responsibility Committee for Grupo Mabel Foods. Robson Laranjo is Cemig s Corporate Governance Manager.
