Finland in INTERREG IVC Example of policy improvements under Priority 2 Sub-theme: Cultural heritage and landscape Project: Partner concerned: City of Oulu (FI) Policy improved: Based on his partners recommendations, the City Board of Oulu has approved the Brownfield Pledge which acts as a guide for future planning.
