1 A-1) Agni MDM (Mid Day Meal) Agni MDM (Mid Day Meal) Continuous & Batch feeding gasifier stove which has been designed especially for cooking of food in large quantity and which is very often provided to children in primary schools/upper primary schools at Indian villages, Hostels & Restaurant s. We have rice husk fuel stoves, as well as multi fuel stoves (wood, pellets, rice husk, briquette, dry cow dung cake, etc) Its tailor made based on user s preference (2,3 & 6 Kg - Multiple sizes) 3kg Agni MDM for approx 50 People, 6kg Agni MDM for approx 80People. It s for commercial kitchen like Hotels, Restaurants, Biscuit factory, etc. saves upto 80% cost compared to LPG. The most optimum cooking energy system, based on local, renewable fuels/energy sources can be tailor made to suit the requirement of each school. This approach will involve initial cost to put the systems in place, but is justified in terms of health, environmental and economic gains in the long run. The approach provides a long lasting solution to the energy aspect of the MDM programme, minimizing the running cost as well as hassle related to the energy aspect of the MDM kitchen at the school level. Operation: Initially from the mouth of the stove reactor agro waste is filled completely leaving 2 inch gap and ignite the fuel with few drops of kerosene lighting it with match stick at different places. Once the fire takes place slowly covering the top layer of the fuel then switch on the fan from the controller to start the gasification process after 20 seconds place the stove chamber support on top and stove is ready for cooking, flame can be controlled by the controller.
