3 OUR ASSESSMENT OF YOUR CREDIT REPORT We have reviewed each entry on your credit report and based on this we that there are negative entries on your credit file as outlined below. 1. Personal Information There are some inconsistencies in the personal information in your credit report. Your report indicates that your name is Mrs Larua Williams. This may mean that some of the information in your report is inaccurate or relates to another person. We suggest that you write to Experian and ask for this to be corrected. 2. Assessment of your Electoral Roll details You are not registered on the electoral roll with your local authority. You can either register online at or telephone your local authority and ask for the Electoral Registration Officer. If you want your credit file updated more quickly you can ask your local electoral registration officer to provide you with a letter confirming your registration which you can then send to Experian. Please note however that the electoral registration officer may make a charge for this. 3. Assessment of Aliases Aliases on a credit report are other names that it is believed you have previously used. Your credit report indicates that you were previously known as and have had credit information held under Miss Laura Smith. If this is not correct, we suggest that you write to Experian and ask for this to be corrected. 4. Assessment of your Financial Associations details Financial associates are people with whom you have been linked financially, usually because you have had a joint account or have made a joint application for credit. If these are incorrect or you are no longer linked with the listed person, these should be removed. Your report shows that your accounts with NatWest are listed in joint names. If this is not correct, we suggest you write to your lender and ask for this to be corrected. Your report shows a financial association with Mr Tim Johnson. If this is not correct, you can ask Experian to remove this entry; this is known as a 'disassociation.' Where there is a financial association potential lenders can see credit information regarding the person with whom you are financially associated and will take this into account when deciding whether or not to offer you credit. If that person has a poor credit history this can have a negative effect on your credit score and, consequently, your ability to get the best deals. 5. Assessment of Public Record Information There is no listed public record information, such as judgements for debt. No action needs to be taken.

Even if there is negative information on your file that appears correct, in certain circumstances this can be challenged and removed.
