3 About the Study Survey Design and Administration The questionnaire, designed by the Roundtable, was administered by Percept Research via web survey in October, Percept tabulated the results and prepared the graphics. 5 Purpose and Key Findings Purpose In Fall 2014, the Roundtable conducted a study on Shared Curriculum and Governance with 219 respondent business schools from North America, Europe and Asia. The purpose of the study was to better understand the extent to which core courses are the same or different in other and offerings within the business school portfolio and the level at which curricular decisions are made in the school. Portfolio Composition Part Time is the most common offering in the portfolio Full Time designated by most as the flagship program Schools that offer a one year or a Part Time are twice as likely to also offer an degree Analytics mentioned as the most common other offering Shared Curriculum Full Time, Part Time, and Online are very similar to each other Executive Programs are different from other offerings Specialized Masters have the least in common with the Governance Primary roles vary by program type Full and Part Time : Faculty Curricular Committees Executive : Associate Dean 2014 R Shared Curriculum Content & Governance Study 5
