You will be paid a commission of 5% of the rental fees up to twelve months, or the end or break of the contract whichever comes first. 4 Real Estate Dealers Referral Programme Terms & Conditions Licensed Real Estate Dealers/Agents The Business District Limited will compensate Real Estate professionals in return for successful initial introductions and/or referrals of clients [not previously referred to our company], which result in executed Rental Agreements of not less than one month. Initial Rental Agreement Compensation will be calculated at 5% of the monthly rental rate for Corporate Office, Enterprise Office or Virtual Office, for the first 12 months of the Rental Agreement or until the Agreement is terminated [for whatever reason], whichever comes sooner. Expansion of Agreement Expansions of rental agreements that occur within the initial agreement period and within the first 12 months will be paid at 5% of the remaining or extended agreement term, for the balance of the 12 months provided the Real Estate Dealer/Agent was actively involved in the client s decision to extend, and presented a separate sales referral. Payment of Commission: The Business District will pay referral commissions within 15 days of execution of the Rental Agreement, and after payment by the client of the initial invoice, including Security Deposit and General Consumption Tax [GCT]. After the initial period, referral commission will be paid over within 7 days of receipt of the client s monthly rental payment. All commissions will be made payable to the Real Estate Dealer company and not to individual Agents. Referral Process Real Estate Dealers/Agents must refer prospects by submitting relevant information in the format indicated on the Appendix to this document. Referrals may be submitted through the website of The Business District by to info@mybusinessdistrict.com or delivered to The District at 22B Old Hope Road, Kingston 5, Jamaica. In the event that two or more Real Estate Dealers/Agents refer the same prospect, The Business District will accept the first official referral received, unless instructed otherwise by the client. We reserve the right to reject a referral if the customer had applied directly, or was referred previously through another Real Estate Dealer/Agent. The Business District will notify referring Real Estate Agent of any rejections within the shortest possible time frame. Submittal of a referral to The Business District indicates acceptance of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend or terminate this policy at any time without prior notice Next Step On receipt of a Rental Referral, The Business District will immediately contact the referring Agent, and invite him/her to visit our facility with the prospective client. We will also contact the prospective client and confirm receipt of the request, and to reiterate our invitation to visit The District. April P a g e
