2 ABOUT US QDS was formed by Luis Quintanilla in an effort to produce quality structural drawings with the best technology and experience. Mr. Quintanilla has been involved in the detailing business for over 40 years with several projects around the world. QDS is a medium-sized detailing company providing shop drawings to steel fabricators throughout the world. By working closely with our customers and project personnel, we deliver what we consider to be the most complete package in the industry. One of our main targets is to provide the client with the most comprehensive services, even after the project has been delivered for fabrication & erection purposes we will continue with follow up answering every question that the client may have, or solving any related issues that may arise, before, during and after fabrication and/or construction.
