1 Form for project documentation Each general objective that is reached is to be concluded with project documentation. The documentation is to be carried out continuously and must be attached to the interim report and the final report. General objective: We agreed with our partner group on the following detailed distribution of tasks: We worked on the following tasks/topics: G: All subtopics related to Germany, see attachment I: All subtopics related to India, see attachment G: Angela Merkel's biography, German Reunification, Role of women in Germany, Women in German Politics, Migrants in German Politics, Merkel's role-models, political and social aims of Merkel, Germany's reaction to the war in Iraq. I: Sonia Gandhi's biography,role of women in India,influence of the German reunification on world politics, Women in Indian Politics, Sonia's role-models, political and social aims of Sonia Gandhi, To those ends, we carried out the following steps: G: weekly sessions in which the tasks were distributed to the students, literature research, creating posters, handouts, collection of data, interviews with witnesses of reunification ("oral history"), compilation of statistics, podium discussion. I: Chronological growth of Ms. Angela Merkel in politics and other areas.comparison of similarities and differences in their political work and ours.

2 We got to know the following aspects of Indian/German working culture: With the general objectives, we found out: G: Indian partners prepare excellent presentations, work is planned well. I: German partners are keen to know more about our working pattern and they prepared the weekly plan with very minute details and appreciable research was done on selection of subtopics. G: Working on one topic in one session nearly impossible since the results might be too superficial I: Certain topics need more time for the research and better outcome of results.so those topics should be discussed in longer duration of time so that the students do not rush just for the completion of topic but gain proper knowledge which is the ultimate logic behind the project. Based on our results, we want to take the following steps in the project: G: Agreement between Indian partners, MMB and us to work on one topic in two sessions (in-depth study of subtopic) I: Agreement between German partners, MMB and us to work on one topic in two sessions(in-depth study of subtopic) Certain activities can be done which involve the innovations of students who are not a part of the project but can help to give some good results in the better execution of the project. They also met Hon MP, Ms. Smriti Irani which was quite an experience for the children. - parents as hosts - additional financial support by parents Which public relations actions were taken and what was the response to them? - presentation of exchange programme and project supported by Bosch Foundation at "open day" Europaschule.
