Alcohol cannot be sold any cusmer who appears be under 25 unless y can prove y are over 18 with relevant acceptable ID. 9 Test Purchases 9 A test purchase is where you or your sre are tested see if you do always refuse sale restricted goods. 10 Legalities Regarding Sale Alcohol 10 In order for a beverage be classified as ALCOHOL it must contain 0.5% alcohol (ABV). Every sale alcohol must be authorised by eir Designated Premises Supervisor or a Personal Licence Holder. Staff under 18 must never sell alcohol unless sale is supervised by an individual 18 plus who is authorised do so by DPS (*level 1 fine applies).
