DocuSign is the global standard for Digital Transaction Management. Salesforce.com is a Cloud computing subscription service best known for its CRM product. FreshBooks is a simple cloud-based accounting software service. Oracle develops computer hardware systems and enterprise software products and is best known for database management systems. Dropbox offers cloud storage, file synchronization, personal cloud, and client software. SAP is enterprise software use to manage business operations and customer relations. 18 Our Solution Development Process Great mobile solutions demand a fundamental understanding of the business challenge(s) the app is intended to solve. The following is an overview of the steps involved in our process. A PHASED PROCESS STEP 1: Needs Assessment We work with our clients to understand the fundamental purpose of the solution. We ask questions about current processes and how it may be optimized. We identify who will be using the app, their goals and how the data is to be collected and used. STEP 2: Project Scope, Quote & Purchase Order We identify the final project scope and develop a budget for client approval. We recommend a phased approach for most projects. Project phases help to manage timelines and budgets. When the quote is approved, a Purchase Order is submitted and the project commences. STEP 3: Wireframes, Design and App Copy We ask and answer as many questions as possible about the nature of the solution before we begin development. Wireframes propose a map of how the information and user experience will flow. Mockups provide a sense of the look and feel. The copy deck addresses core terminology. STEP 4: Frontend and Backend Development The goal of development is to create the most robust, scalable, and efficient code possible, which will be reflected in a seamless user experience. STEP 5: Quality Assurance We execute a fulsome internal Quality Assurance process. We purpose-test the solution, meaning we mimic the end-user environment and process as closely as possible. The company leverages a network of installers to sell their products and services to building owners and managers. As a result, they are one step removed from the end-user relationship, which makes it difficult to understand how their products are being sold and other added-value service opportunities that could be offered. Viessmann approached Weever Apps looking for a way to have more control and visibility into the sales process. Solution: Viessmann VitoApp The Viessmann VitoApp provides installers with 24/7 customer service, access to product content and Viessmann Academy event registration and other helpful resources. Warranty Registration: Replacing an older fax-oriented process, installers now simply scan a product s barcode and enter customer information. All customer data is added to a map, providing Viessmann with instant visibility into new customer behavior. 21 Genesis Security Weever Apps Better visibility builds staff accountability Genesis Security wanted better visibility into their over 800 staff members. Customers want better activity reporting that confirm their property checkpoints are being manned. Asset management, reporting and safety were also concerns. Solution: Genesis SafeGuard Live SafeGuard Live provides administrators with real-time GPS locations for all staff. Managers create checkpoints and add QR codes to zones. When staff scan the checkpoint, their GPS location is tracked along with the data and time. Other features include: Instant notifications allow managers to monitor all staff activity in real-time. Mobile forms add valuable data to customer reports. Asset management allows the company to keep better track of valuable resources, like walkietalkies and uniforms. An emergency section allows staff to record sound and call with 2 taps of a button. Genesis realized an immediate improvement in staff accountability and asset management. 22 McMaster Family Health Weever Apps Increase program involvement through accessibility. Doctors are asked to assess intern skills for feedback, placement and continuing education purposes. To do this, doctors would have to find the paper form, fill it out and submit it to hospital administrators. The inefficient process was leading to errors, missed assignments and a general lack of program involvement. Solution: Intern Assessment App The MFH Intern Assessment App allows doctors to download the app onto virtually any touchscreen device and complete intern assessments with a few taps and selections. The app also provides doctors with explanations of Role Skills assessment criteria to ensure the information collected is accurate. The app has dramatically increased program involvement. 22

23 Xerox Weever Apps Corporate training enhanced through the spirit of friendly competition. As at many sales conferences, social aspects were interfering with the sales training process. Xerox was looking to maximize engagement and training information retention at their sales conference. Our solution helped them manage the learning experience and test content recognition through real-time pop quizzes. Solution: Conference Training App A pop quiz mobile solution made training content more accessible and engaging. Staff were notified that at the end of each session a pop quiz would be administered and the results were broadcast to all. The conference quiz app was easy to set up and use.
