Following the call of the list, and after excusing people to another courtroom for the DUI arraignments, a judge will be available to preside with regard to requests for ARD for DUI s, as well as guilty pleas and scheduling of trials. Attorneys representing people on the arraignment list who have DUI s, will need to make themselves available at approximately 10:00 in the morning in the courtroom assigned for the DUI s.
